Came Monday night with my boyfriend and ordered two bacon cheeseburgers with extra bacon two large fries and two lemonades with no eyes upon arriving home we discovered that The fries were undercooked and one of the fries bag was not a large,and that the bacon was burnt. When we called the store to tell them theLady we spoke to was named Lisa and she was extremely polite and said she was really sorry and that we could come back either tonight or tomorrow and get the same order for free.We told her we couldn’t come back that night and that we would see her tomorrow morning.Unfortunately yesterday my phone broke and I wasn’t able to make it up to Airways before they closed at 10 PM we called and spoke to A manager Will and told him the situation and he said it was fine just make sure that we come back Wednesday so that we can still get our order for free,We thanked him and said will see him tomorrow afternoon.When I pick up my boyfriend from work and call to let them know that we were on the way Rose Picks up the phone and tells us she knew nothing about the situation and can’t help us out.We still head up to the restaurant Hoping to speak to them in person about the situation, Hopefully changing their mind When we walk into the restaurant we asked to speak to a manager and Rose says that she is, we tell her our situation and she says it doesn’t matter if you need to make a return or you don’t like your food you need to either bring back the receipt or the food we tell her that we spoke to Lisa and will on the phone and they never said that she says she doesn’t care Because she wasn’t informed.I say can’t you just call them and talk to them and they’ll let you know of the situation she says she doesn’t want to call the supervisor because And I quote “she doesn’t feel like it!”I asked if she can call another supervisor or manager above her and she says No you can come back tomorrow when another manager is here and speak to them.I tell her it’s a really big inconvenience to come back considering the fact that we called twice before heading up here.She shrugged her shoulders and says oh well my hands are tied then by Boyfriend asked her if she can call the owner and speak to him? Again she says no I don’t feel like it and I’m not going to bug him this is not an serious issue.After going back-and-forth for a while a random customer comes and tells her she’s being extremely difficult why not just make the order for them or call a manager like we’re asking she says because she doesn’t have to do anything this is not your problem so leave it alone.Finally after five more minutes of arguing We’re not making any progress and my boyfriend is ready to go.I say this is absolutely ridiculous and order the thousand Island dressing on the roses oh I remember you guys you are regulars you come through the drive-through but still doesn’t want to help us out all she says she remembers that we are regulars.I say if you know that we are regulars then why are you treating us like this? she says that the only thing she can do now is give back a refund.We tell her you don’t want to refine we weren’t worried about the money I genuinely just want the food.She says she’s not going to make the food so we can either get a refund or not.My boyfriend says let’s just get the Refund and eat somewhere else. Read moreI've been coming here regularly since 2016 but after today I'm never coming back. On April 1st me and my girlfriend ordered our usual two bacon burgers with two large fries for $21.18. Once we get home we noticed that the bacon is burnt, the fries are soggy, and one of the fries isn't a large but a regular. We call and speak to Lisa and let her know that we can't make it out before they close since we stay 30 minutes away she says I'll write a note for you guys to replace your order. On April 2nd my girlfriends car broke down so I called William(supervisor) and told him the situation he said okay I see the note Lisa left ill fix it and say you'll be coming in on April 3rd. On April 3rd I called to let them know we were on the way to pick up the replacement order. A manager by the name of Rose tells me that the owner said I must bring back the old food. We had already thrown away the food on April 2nd and didn't bring it with us since Lisa and William never told us we had to. We were already at Airways when we called and 30 minutes away from our home so we walk in to see if we can speak to someone. Rose said she never saw nor spoke to the owner but recognize his handwriting on the note stating we must bring back the food. We go back and forth and Rose says she isn't going to call anyone after we requested to speak to the owner or William because it would be an inconvenience to them. Despite how inconvenient it was for me to be told by two different employees that our food would be replaced and driving out 30 minutes only to find out they weren't going to do it. Other customers hear our conversation and start to chime in after hearing Rose say she can call them but she won't do it because she doesn't feel like it since its not her job. They let her know that she is in the wrong and that they are also regulars and can't believe that this is how they treat there customers.
