This “manager” needs reported!
I’m went to the Arnold Marcus Theater with my friends and my daughter. I go to use the restroom about 3/4 through the movie, and I hear from the accessible stall a gentleman saying, “Hello, is anyone out there? Help me.”
No one responds. He continued, “Hello, my name is __, and I’m cold. Please help.”
I talked to him for a bit, then stepped out to speak with a manager. The manager, Tammy, explained his wife went to get him clothes. I asked the manager for a towel or cover for him. Then wondered if someone could stay and remind him his wife was coming because every few minutes, he would ask if someone could help and forget why he was there.
The manager “Tammy” said it was not her problem, and she was not going to be reminding him of anything; that wasn’t her job. I asked where her decency was and what if that was her father or grandfather, and she threw her hands up and walked away.
So I stayed and reminded him until his wife could arrive back. I cry writing this thinking about if that was my grandfather and how broken our world is that this manager acted as if it was a burden to her. If anyone can find a contact for Marcus Corporate, please send it my way. Feel free to share. No one should give their money to Marcus if this is the type of “management” they provide for their...

Loved the red reclined seats, no heated, but that's fine cause I was bundled up.
I went to see it when it was hot hot hot outside, but I still wore a hoodie, shirt, and jeans because WOW it's freezing in the theater rooms! Please bundle up, even bring a blanket! My nose was so cold haha... Not complaining about the cold temperature, I love it! Easier to bundle up for the cold than it is to prepare for heat.
The nachos were good, icee was good.
My car has no AC, so we arrived 30 minutes early and played in the arcade... Now obviously you aren't going for the arcade, but here's my rating for the arcade alone. 2/10. The games worked, but when I played the games that give tickets, I only got the tickets I won half the time. That was annoying because I won a ton of tickets on the claw machine that grabs rolls of tickets and the pearl game, but I ended with 173. I won 3 100 ticket rolls, so that doesn't make sense. Don't go here if you're looking for prizes and tickets, not only do the prizes suck, but you won't get them because you don't get a payout. The swiping also sucked, I tried swiping both ways and it wouldn't read it. Overall, disappointing experience at the arcade.
Great movie...
