Cato Fashions — Local services in Arnold Township

Had a very poor customer service experience at this store. I walked in and started to look around. The two women work just stayed behind the counter talking to each other. I walked and looked around for about 15 minutes or longer and they never even acknowledged I was in the store. There was this really cute outfit i wanted to buy but couldn't get it down so i just left. They were too busy in their personal conversation with each other to evem acknowledged their customers. Very poor customer service I will not be going back to this...

Good group of ladies working here! This is the biggest location I think and I almost always find what I need! If they don't have something in my size, oftentimes times they can order it, or they call a nearby store and ask them to hold my size for me. The staff was so extremely helpful and sweet! Atmosphere is nice & thank the Lord the music isn't ridiculously loud so NO headache while you're trying to shop! Found what I had gone to 5 other stores looking for...
