Rent-A-Center — Local services in Arvada

Don't let the process of a type of place like this renting to you throw you off! The staff is amazing, helpful, and welcoming ....once you get pass the verification, reference check, questions that could make you feel like you're getting grilled.... I'm sure in this type of business all of these things are a necessity something I didn't realize right away upon my first experience but, the nice lady who helped me(employee name I will figure out and update) on both visits was very nice, attentive - for somebody who was very busy and training the only other employee on the sales floor. She was personable and very helpful with my situation. I definitely recommend this...

Wish I could rate 0 stars just now Not very helpful I will never get anything from here again me and my husband went and paid $400 and asked them to.continue our automatic payments so we can pay off early instead they took the money and stopped our payments so we then fell behind and everytime I called and asked them to continue payments on our card they all would tell me.they didn't know how to continue our payments when we pay extra money if they wouldn't have stopped our auto payments then we would have already paid off the amount owed early instead we are stuck paying the interest on our stuff

We walked in there was one guy that was pulling up that worked there there was two other ladies that was working One lady was working with one woman The other lady was just sitting there and then as the guy that walked in he worked there and didn't even ask me or my wife if we needed help, so when we were leaving that's when they asked if we needed any help so we was like no and left we stood there for about a good 5 minutes 10 minutes. So don't go to the one in Arvada by Sam's club off of 52nd and Wadsworth poor...
