Five Below — Local services in Arvada

So had high hopes walking in , as high a as possible where everything in it is five dollars or under the first thing that I have to complain about was the fact that I had asked to use the restroom after I saw her give the pin number to three different customers and she refused me the restroom for some weird reason . and went to the self check-out line where is the same lady who would not let me use the restroom, grabbed my cart and started checking my stuff out herself when other people around were doing what the self check out it’s made for , is to check out your products yourself . So the reason I wanted to do my son on self check out was due to the fact sometimes I have bad luck with people over charging me or charging me for the same product twice and that’s exactly what happened and so I ended up having to go back in there and I was trying to actually get their name in her name but they don’t wear name tags unfortunately but she was a 5 ‘5 18 years old . We’re in she’s got white long nails and she was very stuck up and she should not be dealing with customers if that’s kind of attitude she is going to have. So I suggest maybe five below starts making employees, wear name tags so people like that could and maybe they should do a class on how to deal with customers. The experience was so negative that I literally almost returned everything I purchased, but because I ended up not having time I decided to keep the products, but I will not be...

Very disappointing experience today. It has been years since I have been profiled and followed in a store. Sadly as I was enjoying Christmas shopping with my two youngest girls we had an employee stand right beside us and stare us down as we browsed the candy section. After quite some time I finally asked her if we did something wrong and she raised her voice saying she was doing her job and NOT following us! We quickly finished our selections and went to a different area.

After a bit I saw her across the way from us alternating between watching us and browsing something on her phone.

Because I was buying some items I didn't want my daughters to see I had them hang out in the back section while I paid. After checking out I tied my bag tightly and proceeded down the center aisle to the back for my girls. They were waiting and met me about halfway through the store. As I turned around I saw the same employee standing at the front door arms crossed watching me to make sure I wasn't stealing I guess.

Great life lessons for my daughters this...

From the minute I walked in I was getting harassed by Olivia. She stated I should use a reuse-able bag, followed me around the store and then hovered over me as I am checking out. It made both my kids very uncomfortable. I ask her to stop hovering over me she stated it was her job. I told her she was making my kids feel unsafe.
