Crate & Barrel Outlet — Attraction in Asheville

I love Crate & Barrel! In the last few weeks I found out that Asheville North Carolina had a outlet store. But to my dismay I moving from Asheville to the North Carolina coast. So I was making small purchases because my furniture was already gone and on its way to the coast. With one of my visits I found a outdoor table that I loved but I had to find out how I could make a Purchase of this table. But when I called I had a rude awakening the tables where Sold If that wasn’t sad for me the lady was so rude to me and made smart comment and I “you snooze you lose “! Which was very uncalled for all she had to say was they where sold. I didn’t need her smart mouth!!!! She was very unprofessional! Very surprised that they would hired someone with this quality little Disappointed and Crate & Barrel. With the table being sold I already knew I missed out without it rubbed in my face. All I needed was A simple answer!!!! Yes it’s still Available or no...

I frequently shop the outlet store as the merchandise is constantly changing. It’s best to have measurements on hand than risk coming back to buy an item that may have sold before your return, so be prepared to buy. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Check out the furniture throughly, most are returned merchandise but deeply discounted. I have never bought an item that I couldn’t repair myself, usually very minor issues. The staff is very helpful, accommodating, and work quickly to prepare your items to travel. They always go above and beyond to secure my items. I never leave this store...

Absolutely love this C&B location. We recently purchased a vacation home in Asheville and this store was one of the first stores we visited to begin the furnishing process. We purchased a couch, dining table set, a gorgeous Athena Calderone collab console, and a variety of accessories- all in different visits. The staff is so friendly and incredibly helpful.
