I went here to warranty my PS5 controllers out. I had 2. The idiot that was working didn't know how to do that process without the sticker that was on the boxes even though he saw them in my pro account and I was told that I wouldn't need them. He took both my under warranty controllers and did them as a trade in and gave me one new controller and 10 bucks on a gift card. Not to mention he was on the phone with another store cussing with me and another customer and her child in the store. So lazy and unprofessional. He could have just asked there person he was talking to for help but he sounded like an idiot too. I called their customer service and filed a complaint only to be told it was done wrong and had to be redone. I want my controller.
Update I have filed complaints after complaints. Even with the store manager. He saw what was done. I still have nothing to show for it. I am bumping the stars because he gave me my pro membership back and gave my daughter a good deal.
If they fix this and give me my other controller then I'll bump it again.
