Ordered via the mobile app. I usually have no problem doing so, save they forget my sauces 50% of the time. We ordered at 8:45 pm, 8 piece nugget meal, cotton candy cloud, mango peach lemonade and a medium fry, +4 zesty sauces. Service was prompt, but they put the drinks down in the bag which they have never done. My light ice lemonade was so full of ice there was about three sips. No sauces. And the icing on the cake was the the fries smelled and tasted like the smell of the men's bathroom floor. Straight old urine. The nuggets didn't have the smell, but they were flat and dried out.

Clearly through windows and while standing inside. The male manager seemed to be on drugs or something.. and was angrily throwing buckets of soapy water at the floor and his co workers shoes. Multiple people doing nothing & ONE person making food. This location is an absolute disgrace in customer and food service. Nearly the whole staff was audibly complaining in front of patient customers because they were sooo "busy" yet no one was working very hard to begin with. Read moreWorst drive thru experience in my 70 year life. On 8/6/2024 about 4:00. Placed order twice at speaker. Lady couldn’t hear and said pull to first window. No problem. I order Whopper Jr. without onions and ketchup. Very elderly lady kept saying Whopper Jr. no lettuce no ketchup. I tried to tell her four times and she said “pull forward to pick-up window, they’ll figure it out.” I paid her, pulled to second window and told young man what I ordered and he said”it’ll be $7.53.” I said I already paid at first window. He didn’t know what to do. After several minutes I just said “forget it keep my money.” Clearly a management problem. BK in Cannonsburg never a problem. I’ll avoid BK Ashland as long as I live. Terrible service, terrible experience. Hire the panhandlers outside....
