Starbucks — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

Today I went to the one inside of Target on Cormier rd. As soon as I got up to the counter a young gentleman told me sorry they were closed for the day. I expressed my feelings of disappointment cuz i was super bummed, as the Starbucks that is close to my house has been closed for quite some time. The gentleman behind the counter apologized and I told him it was fine and wasn't his fault. He then proceeds to ask me what type of drink I was looking for, I told him and he explained he could only make me a cold brew, fine with me! Bottom line, the guy was so very nice and welcoming even though they were closed! He still made the effort to make sure I was happy and he did what he could. i came into target and i just wanted a quick drink, i had no clue they were closing since they were still serving people. i got into line and there was a lady with short curly hair and she quite literally yelled at me and my friend across the store that they were closing and they can’t serve us. i completely understand if you guys are done serving people, but the way she said it, her tone, and the way she yelled it was very condescending and unprofessional. she could’ve said it way more politely. i also noticed she was rude to the people she was serving as well. she needs a reality check and probably shouldn’t be in customer service if that’s how she...

It is Starbucks, the most you can say is, no matter where you go, the drinks are the same. They are the standard for coffee shops unfortunately. If you like over roasted coffee it is five stars. I do not share that pallet. I prefer a few local shops in the area that roast their own and have more options. The food is all microwaved and way overpriced for what you get. Last few times inside the place is always a mess. Counters need to be wiped and garbage taken out. While the employees talked or looked at...
