Customer service is hit or miss- depending on who' working. I tracked down the only associate I could find nearby- a very unfriendly brunette in the electronics dept. Immediately she tells me she's limited to help with whatever I needed assistance with, without even asking what it was. I get that it's late and you want to go home but you're still ON THE CLOCK, being PAID to provide service. I showed her the target website pulled up on my phone which showed that there were 3 of the Lego Jurassic Set I was looking for available in stock but I didn't see it on the shelf. She looks on her handheld device and tells me that their system is not synced with the Target website, and that there's none left at all. She then said if I'm seeing 3 on the website, it means 1 got stolen, 1 is in someone's cart right at the moment (yeah right- the store was near empty), and I can't remember what the last ridiculous excuse was. I politely asked her to check the back since it was not the first time they claimed something was out of stock until I insisted they checked. She reluctantly radioed for help but a responding lady on the walkie refused to check and plainly said if their system says it's out, then it's out. No effort made. However, the Target website I had on my phone taunted me to place an online order, which claimed it was available for next day pick-up at THAT location-- which I was so tempted to do. Instead, I held my breath and uttered a "thanks" to which they didn't deserve as they did absolutely NOTHING of helpfulness. I ended up buying something else instead since I couldn't afford to wait the next day. To further add to my irritation, the cashier did not greet nor make eye contact with me but just started ringing my order and announced the amount due! Normally the guys during the day shift are helpful as on 2 past occasions, 2 male associates went and found some things in the backroom for me when I showed them the inventory on their website. One by the name of Nathan? Zack? in the Toys Dept. even brought out extras in case other customers were looking for them too. Kudos to him on his patience and going above and beyond as he was seen patiently helping each customers one by one. He deserves all the stars but bcz of his lazy co-workers, they didn't achieve a 5 star rating. This group of ladies on the late shift were absolutely irritating and lazy. I'll still go back but not around the time these unhelpful, brainless...
Read moreJackie the manager in electronics was rude and unprofessional. I stood waiting to talk to 1 of three employees while she seemed to be yelling at the other two on the floor. I had to say pardon me and then she got snappy as if I was the problem getting her attention. First of all take that to the back if you are training or scolding employees. Customers should be priority when you are on the floor. I asked a simple question about if they had a certain book and she pointed in the air and said in the first row that way. If I could have found it myself I wouldn’t be asking for help. I went and left and looked anyway and had to ask her again. She looked very angry and now 6 people were in front of me when earlier there wasn’t anyone. So I had to wait extra long and when she actually listened to what I was looking for realized they didn’t have any anyway. Like what?! Why make a customer waste their time when it was such a simple request? So now I am hoping her boss can fix her issue and retrain her how to help so she doesn’t train the new hires...

A very rude manager told me that it’s a nonrefundable item and there is nothing target can do. So my mom doesn’t get the money she needs and I’m out $318 because they won’t even give me the $18 service charge back. I don’t understand how this isn’t considered criminal. there are literally hundreds of reviews out right now of people complaining of this very same thing I am, yet target sits back and does absolutely nothing. Just selling plastic cards and stealing money from their own customers. I have attached photos of one of the cards that I received. As you can see the last four numbers and the CVV are nonexistent.
