Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Ashwaubenon

Just visited this DQ and my fiance and I are extremely upset with our current visit. We noticed the drivs thru was starting to get busy so we went inside to order instead. When we walked in there were about 7 or 8 employees working. The manager it seemed was on the counter. Her name tag said Amanda, she said she would be right with us. I figured she was trying to get the drive-thru caught up, no big deal, but then once all the food was out of the window she looked over at us and then walked away. She went over to the two younger employees working on the ice cream station and asked them to start doing some sidework and then she walked off into the back. About 8 minutes go by and we still haven't had our order taken. She comes back up to the counter and does more sidework, while we are still waiting. Finally 2 more families walk in and she comes to the counter to take our order. As I start to order Amanda cuts me off and said "you are going to have to talk louder I can't hear you." So I did. She then continued to cut me off throughout ordering even though I had already answered all the questions, she would then ask me to repeat what I had already said, which she would have heard if I wasn't cut off multiple times. My fiance even agreed that she had a rude tone towards us in comparison to the people behind us. Then when it was time for us to get our food, it sat in the window for a good 5 minutes while she again wondered off to go yell at another employee in front of all the customers at the counter for taking temperatures of the employees just coming in for work. The employee she yeld at said he was cleared and allowed to take temperatures of other employees. Overall we always have a good experience here unless Amanda is working. She was overall extremly rude, loud, and openly not so nice to her fellow coworkers. Our food was extremly cold when we finally got it and unedible. We took the survey at the end of the recipt, but just thought someone should know about this manager.

Just went again. They don't close for another hour and they said that there grill is cleaned and closed for the night. I ordered chicken tenders. However they said they can still make fries? This place is ridiculous. Everytime we go its a horrible experience but it's the only dq that's close enough to...

My best advice for the workers at this Dairy Queen is to quit a job if they hate it. My friends and I stopped in for ice cream about 40 minutes before they close, and we got a dirty look immediately from the woman mopping the floor and doing closing duties. You would think it isn’t a problem to come in an hour before close, but we were wrong. We proceeded to order, and only received incoherent mumbles from the cashier, Aaliyah. Once we received our food, we noticed that two out of the three blizzards were made completely wrong. We took it upon ourselves to point it out to the cashier and politely ask for a new one to be remade. Mind you, there was nobody else in the lobby at this time so serving us shouldn’t have been this difficult. I asked her to remake the blizzard and I’m pretty sure she just walked to the back with it and returned with the same one, unchanged. I wouldn’t waste your time going to this Dairy Queen, unless you want to ruin your appetite. There are plenty of other ice cream places with workers that actually care around. Absolutely do not recommend this...

Horrible experience! We got there at 7.30 front Doors were locked side doors were open waited 15 minutes to get waited on mind you they were no other customers standing there just drive-through which I understood drive-through was busy waited for our food didn’t get what we ordered and when my husband went back up to the counter she gave him the other meal and told him he had to leave but the dining area was closed outside it says 830 dining room closed it wasn’t even 8 o’clock yet and we were already sitting down the manager was so rude and told my husband that because she was the manager what she says goes we still sat and ate there also lots of customers were trying to come in and she refused to take their order close the cash register out at 8:10 so nobody can come in and order food worst experience that I’ve ever had there because Wanted to order ice cream but couldn’t told us that we had to go through drive thru.
