Cheeky Peach — Attraction in Athens-Clarke County Unified Government

I hate to leave a bad review --I shopped at cheeky peach during my four years while at UGA. Staff in store is amazing and friendly. However, I recently placed an order during one of their FB live sales and spent 150$. Never received the package even though the tracking number claims it was delivered. I have gone out of my way to locate the package but it has been a week and it was not found. I contacted cheeky peach for a possible refund and maybe store credit as 150$ is not a small sum. While I do understand the store had to pay employees to process and ship my item I still believe the store should have been able to compensate me with at least store credit. Now I do not have my items and I lost 150$ literally as if I dropped them on the street and all I was told was cheeky peach was not in the shipping business and that the business had lost money on the items as well since they were basically half off. Terribly upset--not valued as a customer. Makes it hard to want to shop with small business if they do not care about...

I can't explain how enjoyable my 1st shopping experience at Cheeky Peach was. My best friend has been begging me to come shopping with her here and I finally made the time this past Wednesday afternoon. She highly recommended working with Kylie and she wasn't wrong. Kylie helped me the whole time, learned my style, and spent time picking out things for me while offering suggestions. This kind of service has been lost in the hustle and bustle of many high end retailers and I just love that I now have a friend and stylist right here in downtown Athens. The owner, Katie was super great and popped by a few times to offer suggestions and hype the outfits up. She made me feel so great. The inventory was great and you can tell that a lot of love and time goes into buying for this store. They had a great variety of affordable pieces as well as some great pieces to splurge on. I loved spending the afternoon in here with these awesome ladies and will certainly be back soon. THANK YOU...

Recently placed my first order with Cheeky Peach! A couple of weeks ago I saw a pair of shoes posted by a shoe boutique on Instagram, I commented to see if they had my size. They completed IGNORED me and replied to everyone else, so I decided to not give them my business (they're not cheap shoes!!). Well a few days later Cheeky Peach posts the same shoes, I comment with an inquiry and IMMEDIATELY received a friendly response. I was super impressed and decided to order. When I went online I saw they have my favorite brands (Free People, Mink Pink, Seychelles, etc!) and was even more excited when I read about their rewards program. As someone who shops a lot of the boutiques in Athens, let me tell ya - this one is a stand out! Its not the same ole, same ole - cute, edgy pieces that warrant compliments.
