This place is not bad but not amazing. I've been to other trampoline parks that I liked better. The obstacle course is pretty difficult and most people could not do it, which makes it no fun. The dodgeball room was loud of fun and I like that it wasn't completely flat. I also liked the the way the other trampoline room had some boxes to jump on and off of. That makes things more interesting. I saw one group playing tag and it looked like time of fun flying over and around the obstacles. They also had one extra long trampoline which would be good for doing multiple flips back to back. They also had a pit where you could try new tricks. At the pit, they had a diving board. Which was quite interesting. They also have the large inflated pad in the pit, which I like. I think they should upgrade the pit under the obstacle course with the same product. It has some old fuzzy foam squares. Those are annoying and they are falling apart. They also had a place to dunk a ball. The problem is that the hoop was really high. I'm tall and can jump high so I could do it but I highly doubt any kids that aren't pretty tall and athletic could make it. That makes it less fun. They had another machine that spins while you jump over moving arms. It looked fun but seems to be out of service. Honestly, my kids were bored in less than an hour because they're young and couldn't do the obstacle course, basketball hoop, or the spinning arm machine. Other places had huge multi level playgrounds that my kids enjoyed. Other places have somewhere to buy food. Finally, the customer service wasn't too good either. They front staff wasn't that polite or helpful. The back staff was the same. To summarize, the place is not bad. It options are geared toward larger kids (think: middle or high school). And I think the prices should be a little less for what they have to offer. I'm honestly surprised they have such great reviews. I think the reason is because they don't have competition. If these same people visited some other trampoline parks I think they might be...

My largest complaint has to do with the forced time limit and pricing. I took my two children for the "toddler time" as advertised on their website. The website indicated there was a discount in pricing for attending this time. When we arrived, I was told the website was incorrect, and it was the full price ($13/person, + $3 each for their special socks). So, I went ahead and paid for both my children (ages 3 and 5, total $32), and planned to watch them jump, play, etc. However, they will not let parents get close - there is a mesh separation area and portions are not visible from there - to supervise children without paying for an adult admission as well (another $13 + $3, $16 total). As an active parent, I felt compelled to pay this to be able to adequately supervise them, give hugs in the case of falls, etc.
Further, the website lists the "toddler time" as 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 10:10, we were informed you had to pay in 30 minute divisions for an hour of time. Thus, I was left with making my children wait 20 minutes or missing out on 10 minutes of play time. I opted to avoid waiting, and said we would go ahead. Though, they did not inform me we would need to watch a safety video before playing. We ultimately did not enter the play area until 10:20.
The end result here is that I paid $48.00 for 40 minutes of playtime. This is more expensive than admission for three people at Imagine It!, the Children's Museum of Atlanta, INK! in Gainesville, a mommy and me package at the Georgia Aquarium, and the cost to attend a regular movie with concessions, none of which have a time limit.
Therefore, unless Rush Athens can create a more reasonable, dynamic pricing structure for families, I cannot recommend this as an activity for parents and children...
Read moreFirst reaction is that it smells very clean. The bathrooms are clean as well. The place is a bit crowded for how many kids they allow at once, and the bigger kids don't really let the smaller kids play dodgeball. You also can barely hear the announcement for when it's time to go, they don't give you a time when you purchase your bands. That being said, we had the best time as a family, until it was time for our color to go. Bc of the lack of clear sound or information for when your hour is up, we were unsure, we had put our phones away. Someone, who I'm assuming was the owner or manager bc she had normal clothes on instead of a uniform and socks, was VERY rude to me and my 7 year old niece. We were 8 mins over our hour and i was in the process of trying to figure out if it was time to go or not. All while trying to keep an eye on my 3 children bc there's SO many kids allowed in at once. She came up to us and told us "its time for you to leave". She told my niece she needed to leave, and that she was DONE. It WAS time for her to get down and go. I understand they have to keep the flow of people moving, but it was 8 whole minutes. This lady was blunt and rude and very, just get out and go. As a mother, it was enough to make me never want to go back! All 3 of my kids enjoy it there and go regularly. I'm not so...
