On 4/26/25 my daughter had a birthday party with 15 kids. I was paying for the top tier party at $34.99/kid! First, we did not get out table until 10 min after our time. Then kids cards would not work for first 15 min. I purchased food add ons for adults of pizza and drinks. We were supposed to have a designated party host. Our party host was rude. She talked down to me and disrespected me in front of my party guests because I was passing out cupcakes to the kids because you only get 2 hours and not getting table on time and kids cards not working lost time. She walked away and rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath. It gets worse. When you book a party on the website there is no mention of the trampoline they have. Which you have to BUY socks for and pay to use! I could have added that on for the party but that’s not and option and I didn’t know. Now parents are showing up having to buy these socks. The employee who was watching the trampoline was looking on her phone and not paying attention to the kids. Many many kids were in there without the purchased socks, but found one of the kids from my party and forced us to buy them- when I mentioned all the kids jumping without $12/pair of socks she said nothing! When my aunt tried to help and asked for manager she was told no they would not get the manager. Finally I went to ask and she said well we are short staffed and I can’t control the corporate website but I’ll give you 20% off your party bill. Mind you my bill was over $575 with all the socks I was purchasing for the kids as they arrived!
During the ticket blaster the gentleman who did that was very nice and gave my daughter extra 200 tickets to pick prizes. The employee at the prize desk heard my issues and said she totally undo and agreed and she gave my daughter 2000 tickets so she could Pick a good prize.
But over all it was a disaster! The parents at my party felt bad for me and witnessed it all! I came back this year because last year we did it there the manager Alex made it an amazing time! This year was a waste of money and I had to save up for 5 months to afford that for my daughter.
Even more, they don’t care. Total disappointment and waste of money.
UPDATE* the District manager called me heard my concerns and took the steps to make it right. I appreciate this! The DM does want kids to have a good time and does care...
Read moreFirst, Worst and last experience that I have ever had at an Arcade/Food facility. If you looking for the high and low ends of kids arcade entertainment and food then you’re in luck. Chucky Cheese is the lowest possible level of kid’s entertainment. My first and last experience, As we walked in the smell of feet and BO hit our nostrils. After being greeted by the pleasant lady at the front we proceed to get tokens for our Son. The first game we come up to “crossy Road” freezes 10 seconds into the game, no big deal probably just a lone incident. We then proceed to the “flying tokens game” we enter our tokens and hit the start menu but the game doesn’t start. It shows that our money was deposited. To keep this short, on and on this happed at multiple machines Basketball Game- No basket balls Fishing game- Catch the lobster to get 150 tickets, does the machine give us 150….mmm NO. 4 tickets. Ring the milk jug- Supposed to give you 5 shots- 1st time 3, 2nd time 4, 3rd time 3, 4th time 5 shots. We didn’t dare to eat there, lord knows that would have happened given the lack of dedication they demonstrated on the primary reason people go. In order to get out of there we just dumped on tokens into one of those token slider machines. We took what tickets we had to turn them in and low and behold 2 of the only 4 machines are working. We wait the 15 minutes for the other people to cash there’s in and go to the toy counter to at least bring a little joy to our Son by getting him a toy and yet again we are disappointed. To say it lightly the flea market had better toys and a larger variety. We frequent many of these similar establishments, Dave and Busters, Funopolis, Jillans and I’ve always been satisfied on how far they’ve come with their toys but WOW, I received better toys 20 years ago when I went to these types of place. Regardless to say I would rather receive a mild beating then return to a Chucky Cheese

Read moreWe had a blast. Honestly, didn’t know what to expect but we loved it. A couple of notes and tips…
Don’t feel pressure to get every kid you bring their own game card. We had a 2 and 4 year old and it was easy to share it between them. You just have to wait 20 seconds between scanning for a game. This is easier if you have a parent for each younger kid to put off with. Grab card, scan, pass off card, run and grab card, repeat. If your kids are 8+ then yeah, they might need their own. 1 hour was plenty for us. And I guess you can choose 60 points or 60 minutes…but the 60 points is not unlimited. That would be more of a traditional - “this game costs 1 point to play.” I’d go with the 60 minutes unlimited unless you’re VERY slow. We probably played 100+ games.
Get the app and look for deals. We got our 1 hour of unlimited play for $17.99 instead of $26.
It was clean, employees were kind and the manager was great. They have a kid safety check thing that gives you some peace of mind as well.
Chuck E did come out, even though we were practically the only people there. We wouldn’t have cared if he didn’t, but appreciated that he did.
I was surprised that even with the unlimited game play, there were all types of games: coin drop, football toss, skeeball, 4 player games, kiddie rides, etc. They even have tons of picture booths that are included with the unlimited card.
We didn’t get any food. Ate beforehand. Seemed a bit overpriced. But I can’t really say anything without having tried it.
All in all I was pleasantly surprised. They did more than enough to earn my business. I will say, it was pretty dead when we went, so it might be more chaotic to get the most out of your unlimited gameplay on like a Friday night...
