Man, they have tons of stuff in here. It's not just hair supplies. They have entire lines of very nice and inexpensive makeup and products. All types of sponges and brushes, powders and blushes. Everything you need for a beautiful face.

Ton's of different types of hair products, such as dies, fake and real hair extensions, wiggs, hair ties, combs, brushes and much more. I left out with a cool knit hat, big enough to shovel all my dreads in. Hard to find sometimes.

But they also have tons of jewelry and other accessories to pick from, for any occasion in life. Prom, weddings and everyday wear.

The receipt clearly states no refund exchange only and original condition with the receipt within 15 days. Nowhere on receipt does it state cannot return hair spray paint. I went to the store on Jun 19th to purchase some hair spray the next day I went in to exchange. The person at the counter said no. I said well sir nowhere on the receipt does it say no exchange one hairspray color. I told him that if I could not exchange this item I would no longer come to that store. His exact words were “I DONT CARE” Wow how are you not going to care about your customer that keeps you in business. Mind you you are in our neighborhoods and don’t care. Wake up black people. Bad customer service, I’ve come here and spent hundreds of dollars and accidentally picked up the wrong wig, brought it back in less than 24 hours untouched because it’s the wrong wig and they were not able to offer me any thing after I spent $100 there less than a day ago. This inflexibility towards a paying customer that bought an unused, unboxed product is trash. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. When I tried to get guidance on wigs I was given very little attn or guidance, perhaps I would’ve been able to actually find what I was looking for had the service...
