The prices here are...average (and tbh for a warehouse I expected it to be way better.) But anyway, I was super excited about my visit here AT FIRST.....up until i entered the establishment 🙄😒Right after being awed by the sight of the huge liquor supply along with the big displays, it was taken back by the disgusting look on the owner face. I mean literally! He never said "hi" or welcomed us to the store (which for us happened to be our first stop AND first visit to the city and state) he was really rude all around! The way he looked, spoke, answered questions, and even the way he handled the register! I understand being a "no nonsense" business person, but you don't have to come off as rude. After we explained to him that my girlfriend's wallet was stolen, however she still carried a pic of her license, she has her passport, and her security license and even police officers let her slide but He told me that I can't even purchase the liquor with her card. (She's 27 and She doesn't drink) I used my id as the liquor was for ME I was just paying with her card. He rudely, blatantly said no about 3 times and eventually didn't even bother to acknowledge us anymore like we were invisible. I sat the bottle down on the counter to run to the car just to get the money and told my gf to wait in the car until I made the purchase. I got back with the money and then he smartly said "you might have to go get the bottle you had because I had my security return it to the shelf." Then he had 2 huge armed security staring at me with folded arms. Sad thing about it is that I'M A 145LB WOMAN!!! I couldn't have gotten out of...

I wish I could give this place a lower rating. I was sold a bottle $61 bottle of whiskey apparently which was unsealed. This bottle spilled all over my rental car seats (which we will be responsible for).The receipt that was also in the bag was soaked to a point where I could not see anything on it. After I noticed how the whiskey in the bottle completely ruined my vehicle I drove back to the same store ( approximately 3 hours later ) to speak to the “Tamara” the supervisor on duty who did not want to hear anything I had to say. She told me she bagged this item, which meant that she sold us a unsealed item and refused to exchange . We even offered for her to come and see and smell our vehicle that obviously smelled like alcohol, we had towels down that were brown from the alcohol we attempted to clean up, and the bag that they gave us to put it in also was soaked with alcoholic. I male associate stated that “he noticed that some of the bottles were unsealed “ she carelessly listened to nothing he had to say. I’m wondering why we were sold an item that was unsealed, this sounds illegal and dangerous if we would have actually consumed any of this or worst pulled over by a law enforcement officer. Needless to say Tamara who worked on 08/26/2018 around 8pm delivered the worst customer service experience I’ve experienced. She showed no empathy and she refused to exchange, to give me information, and she gave me the drop of alcohol that was left from the spillage (we obviously threw this out). Horrible experience with this business. I placed a order through Uber eats for a bottle of vodka and a 2 L Sprite. Also ordered a 2L Ginger ale. When I checked on my order I saw that the brand of vodka that I ordered has been refunded. The Ginger ale was substitute for another 2L sprite.I was never contacted to ask if I wanted another brand of vodka. They were going to send me just two 2L of sprite for seventeen dollars. Mind you the driver had not arrived to pickup the order. When I asked if I could get another bottle of vodka at the same price they refused and told me I had to cancel the order instead of just switching to a product that I wanted at the same price, they left me scrambling trying to cancel the order. Who does this? Why would you think that I just wanted two sodas from a liquor store. No customer service. Highly disappointed. I will not shop...
