Might be excellent for tattoos, but they are horrible for piercings. I went last Saturday for a simple first-time lobe piercing for each ear.

Mustafa met me at the door and was not friendly, nor did he welcome me in. He had me hurriedly choose earring studs and as I was asking about the different kinds and purpose, he was abrupt, and kept saying he was busy, but I was the only person in (one other lady was in for about 5 minutes).

I was presented with the waiver AFTER the piercings, and that's when I was asked of any allergies I might have- AFTER.. that could have ended horribly...

The process was not explained prior to the piercing, just hurry up and sit down..

I was not given any aftercare instructions, just rushed out and asked about a tip- which I left, even though Mustafa's customer service skills were deplorable.

DO NOT go for a piercing- or at least ask for someone other than Mustafa.

The lady that's in the shop was very kind and smiled at me frequently. She seemed to understand that it was my first piercing and was trying to comfort me from another chair through her smiles. So if you go for a piercing, and probably even a tatto,...

My wife and I wanted to celebrate our wedding day with tattoos, and after hours of looking online for the most reputable shops around, given we haven't lived in the area long, we decided to check this place out.

Consultation went smooth, but the pricing was a little high. After some discussion, we decided this seems like a place where you truly pay for what you get , and we were right. Gizem did an amazing job on both of our tattoos, with mine being very complex.

The shop was super clean, and everyone was very friendly. It was an awesome experience for the both of us and you could she truly cared about the art she was putting on us forever.

Only thing I would change is that they like the old school traditional healing style of plastic wrap + remove in 2 hours and start cleaning/moisturizing, while I prefer using saniderm for 5 days and then going to that. But that is super minor and to each his own on how they like to heal tattoos.

To start Kenan is a phenomenal artist and his attention to detail is everything. All of the staff at this location are very friendly and will continually check up on you to make sure you are doing okay and to see if you need anything. When you first go to the shop they will sit down with you and design your tattoo in front of you. Then they will take pictures measurements of the area you’re wanting tattooed so they can make sure it fits to your body. The shop is very sanitary and put together well. The seats are very comfortable. That doesn’t seem like a big deal but when you’re doing a 6 hour plus session it makes a difference. I’ve had two tattoos done by Kenan and they were both walk ins. With the quality of work and the professionalism that they’ve shown me I will continue going to this shop!
