If you are ADHD these workouts are perfect for you. Every class is completely different so you will never get bored, and there are barley any break between sets, which allows your brain to just focus on the exercise at hand.
If you are Peri-Menopausal (35 years or older) you are gradually starting to go through hormonal changes that require weight and resistance exercises to build muscle, which is exactly what these classes specialize in.
The classes are small enough that you get personalized adjustments and a lot of encouragement along the way. And by the time you think you want to give up the class is over, which makes the 45 minute classes go along way as long as you stay consistent every week.
I would totally recommend anyone to give the student special a try. Project Body is built for women interested in re-building their bodies and I can tell you IT IS TOTALLY WORKING for me.

Read moreI've been coming to Project: Body ATL for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! The environment is super welcoming (especially for someone like me who is by no means a "gym shark" or "workout junkie") - very much an "all bodies and all levels" vibe. I really felt like I became a part of the community as soon as I stepped into my first class and that's exactly what I was looking for in my search for a neighborhood gym.
The instructors are friendly and energetic - they all write their own workouts, so no class is the same, they provide plenty of modifications, and encourage you to listen to your body - whether it be pushing yourself or giving yourself a break when you need it.
Pricing wise - I got their new client 30-day pass which is an absolute steal (30 days for $30!), but I will also be purchasing classes as soon as that's over. They have multiple options for memberships too which is awesome - from monthly passes to multiple class packages. No weird fees or contracts!
Love the pricing transparency, the environment, the instructors - honestly everything about this place is awesome and gets me excited...

I tried the 7-day trial at PB & after the first class I knew that I would become a member. I even got my best friend to join after her first class. The workouts are fun, and always different. It’s almost impossible to get bored. The instructors are AMAZING! Claudia, the owner, is always so happy & energetic I love her ABC classes. Erilyn & Rae are gems! Their classes always give me a great sweat & I leave feeling so empowered. I love that this gym isn’t like other ATL gyms. It’s not a fashion show or a place to show off, it’s a place where real women with real bodies come to workout with no judgement.
