Ginstar Computer Cellphone — Attraction in Atlanta

I purchased a lap top for my son. It was a deal too good to be true. After I had it checked out by a professional computer repair specialist... it turned out alot was wrong with it. I brought it back and the woman there said nothing was wrong with it, but she put another hard drive in it. A few days later I had to get it checked out AGAIN!!! At this point I was livid and discouraged that such a place would sell merchandise that did not live up to it's standards. I took the laptop back and got a refund. GINSTAR ON NORTHSIDE DRIVE NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!! I see people posting reviews some good and some bad. It is sad you can't trust where you spend your money to get the quality that you expect. This is not my first time buying from this establishment- I have been coming here since 2016 so yes I am a repeat customer. However -while I was waiting on an upgrade today I needed to use the bathroom and unfortunately Ginstar Computers will not allow their paying customers to use the restroom- I had to go next door to the Benchmark Trophy Shop ( and those guys at Benchmark were very accommodating) I just spent over $300 at Ginstar Computers and you don’t have bathroom access for your repeated paying customers..... I will not be returning....... I will not continue to spend my money where I am...

The worst shopping experience I've had in a long, long time. Have you ever spoke to a retailer on the phone the day before visiting the place just to make sure they have what you need at the price your shopping for? Then when you get there the next day everything is different from the conversation plus now their english is suddenly bad. No one likes their time waisted. I ended up back in the parking lot on the cell phone locating one of their nearby competitors. I found one, went there, had a great computer part shopping experience at a much better price. I wish I could give this...
