9/13/2025 was the worst and scariest experience I have ever had in my life so far. As me and my husband approached register #7 to checkout we wasn’t greeted that’s fine she had to go do a price check on one of the items I was purchasing which was a tumbler cup she came back mind you she was not engaging with us nor smiling at that matter. She told me my price I paid she then handed me my change back. After placing remaining money in my body bag I reached to retrieve my merchandise she then slapped my arm “yes literally slapped my arm” down I was in shock thinking I was being put on a tv I knew nothing about I reached again and she did it again now I’m mad I screamed what’s your problem lady she stated “he should be carrying your bag” now my husbands in shock like huh I then SNATCHED my bag and stated this is my husband of 19years lady is you coo. I was so scared I got ASSUALTED for nothing and she did it with no care in the world. My anxiety was so high I started shaking while trying to leave the parking lot I was so exhausted scared and shaken up it seemed as if my vision had gotten extra blurry and my nerves was just rattled. Me and my husband both wear glasses but I can see more then him at night so he literally had to drive us home because I was definitely impaired now we had to hazard light all the way home so would could be safe. Tamara on register #7 on 9/13/2025 at 9:07pm you really made my life a living nightmare honestly 😡 then when I called back up there they put me on hold for like 2 minutes then came back and told me her name like I didn’t even feel confident on making a report because they were being so short on the phone and to be honest I don’t even know if TAMARA is the person who assaulted me I really need to put name to face. My arm was/is literally sore were she slapped my arm at. Then on top of that she had on nasty gloves my skin is very very very sensitive omg I’m just totally mind blow so sorry if I may seem a bite unhinged on telling detail for detail because I didn’t have my camera out recording or a bodycam which I’m investing in as we speak because the world is so cruel you have to literally protect yourself at all costs. Never in a million years I would think I’ll be hit/assaulted by a tjmaxx working for NOTHING AT ALL...
Read moreI went to the jewelry department to purchase a piece of fine jewelry. The young lady at the jewelry counter was very nice. As she is showing me jewelry the manager walks up in a Lilo onesie and tells her "if" I purchase jewlery she needs to take it to the front register. I have to pay for it up front. Okay, I was totally fine with that. The manager tells the associate she needs to close her drawer. He walks away, but he is still close by. I select a piece of jewlery, and the associate let's me know she is going to take it to the front. I acknowledge her and I walk around the counter to look at other pieces of jewelry. The manager came back to the jewlery counter and he asked the associate if she got a name (my name). (I'm like okay he's acting weird.... so I ignore him) He's still standing at the jewelry counter talking to the associate. I walked further away I'm not able to hear all of what he's saying. Then all of a sudden another customer walked up to the jewlery counter (with jewlery) and the associate proceeded to check the customer out. I look at the associate kind of puzzled. She catches me looking and she attempts to avoid eye contact. So now I'm totally offended & a little sad.... Not once while I was in the store did the manager greet me, or acknowledge me even when he was standing at the jewelry counter. Why was I not allowed to purchase my item at the jewlery counter????? The obvious reason I won't say........ I've never been treated like that before at any of the locations, not even this one before yesterday. Side note I went to 4 other locations within a 2 day period. This was by far the saddest & most offensive experience...
Read moreThe items they have in the store are somewhat limited. I expected more of a variety. On top of that, the woman who was working the dressing rooms gave me the third degree about the amount of items I had. When I went into the dressing room, I had two items on hangers tucked under my arm because I was texting. After she asked me how many items I had and I verbally told her 2, she proceeded to hand me the number placard and reached under my arm to grab the items and separate them to verify that it was two. Once I came out, I placed the placard on the counter and she said ma’am I need to see how many you have. Visibly irritated, I separated the items to show her there were two and she apologized explaining that the company makes her do that. It was very uncomfortable for me because I have no reason to steal a pair of pants that were $16.99 and a shirt that was $7.99. You all need to have a better system for verifying the items. I was pleased with how the clothing looked on me but because of the third degree and discomfort, I left the establishment without purchasing anything and I have no plans of returning...
