I am very dissatisfied with the service I’ve received at the Kroger Pharmacy on 590 Cascade Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 and have also experienced this at other locations. At many Kroger pharmacies I’ve called, you can hear the employees answer the phone and place it back down and mute the phone to get customers to hang up. I’ve experienced this too many times and no one should have to be given the runaround to receive medicine. For someone that is immobile, I am unable to go in and can’t always have someone drive there in time so I rely on phone services. I don’t know if this will be taken seriously because what big corporation does, but please consider if this were your parent, child or loved one in need of care and your paid employees are deliberately and passive aggressively denying service while being paid...
