Victoria's Secret — Attraction in Auburn Hills

I am a loyal customer at Victoria secret and today’s experience was by far the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with. I called a few days prior to my visit today to make sure my visit wouldn’t be a waste as it turned out to be. Additionally, I spoke to Amanda who is an employee and I told her my issue. Which was a defective perfume product, that was unsealed in the box. The perfume was everywhere and the bottle was empty. So this is a manufacturing issue. Amanda spoke to a manager and wrote down damaged on the new box they kept on hold for me. I walk in and speak with the male manager, Jaime, who was unbelievably unprofessional. I told him my issue and he considered the bottle to be not damaged. I had the bottle in a ziplock bag and the box was thrown out because it was a strong scent that was attaching to everything in my room. He told me Amanda was just a register girl which I’m not quite sure what that meant but I was told by her that her manager said I was okay to change out the perfume just this one time. So after relaying all this to “the manager” apparently I was in the wrong and my product was not damaged because the bottle didn’t have any perfume around it which I clearly did, hence, why I had it in a sealed zip lock bag. So if your employee gave me the wrong information that’s between the employee and the manager. Now as a customer, you should treat me with the respect and correct the issue. Not try and offer me corporates number? He is lucky he still has a job. Maybe stay at Victoria secret since you’ll never get further in life with your unprofessionalism approach to a customer. I don't recommend this victoria secret outlet...

Employees here are rude. Will never shop at this store again, and I drove two hours just to go to this store. Could not find my size, so I asked an employee. She was very short with me, and told me they don't have my size. I told her I had bought my size there before, but didn't see the bin for my size this time. She loudly repeated they don't carry my size, so there was no bin. Thank you for body shaming me in front of your other customers. As I was walking out, I found the exact items I was looking for, in my size, in a bin near the front of the store. Bought them anyway, since I had drove two hrs.... When I bought them, because she asked, I told the manager about the rude employee. The manager defended her rudeness and said she probably didn't know they had them in stock. I fail to understand how that's an acceptable reason to be rude to a customer just asking for help. So don't shop here unless you wear a small or medium. They'll be rude and try to send you on your way without actually helping you look...

Be very careful here. The cashiers are very inattentive, and failed to tell me that the sales are final, and over charged me for an item that was on sale. My cashier talked to her coworkers the entire time ringing me up and ignored me. Because i couldn’t get her attention i just finished the sale and asked another cashier who then laughed at me when with her coworker when i said i felt tricked. Won’t be back to this location...tricked into paying full prices may as well just go to the regular stores not an outlet. It’s extremely hard to find anything here anyway save your time.
