Stopped by this coffee shop in the mall and unfortunately it was not as good as other locations I had visited. I ordered a cold brew coffee and it was very bitter and had little of the caramel flavoring that I wanted in it. The service during my visit was also rather mediocre as well. I ordered an iced americano 20 oz and a 16 Oz iced coffee. Simple enough order. They forgot my order and I was waiting for at least 15 min. When I reminded them of my order they acted confused and only gave me a 12 Oz iced coffee. It was so strange. The workers were acting like they were high or something and confused. It was a really weird experience. I just asked for a refund and left without coffee....

If I could give zero stars, I would worst service of my life even though I didn’t get service they open at 10 it’s 1130 and the two workers are busy gossiping to the point.
