Credit card tip does not go to the employees, it goes to the business. Which, everything I can find when searching says is illegal. If it is legal then it's not ethically moral and I do not agree with the business's decision. -2 stars for this.
Also, one of the "favorites" that seem like they have a set price on the top of menu actually has a charge for the 2 shots of expresso that added about another $2 to the price (the expresso drink). It's just slightly misleading. Technically it's listed on the menu but if you just look at the TVs it's not on there and for the menu they put it at the bottom when at the top it clearly says the item's price. Instead of having the price for all favorites listed at the top and add ones listed at the bottom it'd be clearer if they posted each items price next to the name, and although it's repetitive to have all the same prices listed multiple times except for the Expresso, it makes it 100% clear.
For clarification, it's not the price that I have a problem with, although I think it's a bit overpriced I'm still gonna get it (on occasion), the problem I have is the first time I got it, I was wondering why it was over $10 when the favorites prices seemed clear, I just wish the extra charge was put next to the Expresso and not at the bottom or each item marked individually like I said above.
I like this place, it's clean, the drinks taste good and the employees are always wonderful, but I really want my card tip to go to the hard working employees, not the business, they get their money from their products, they shouldn't get the tips from the good service of the employees, that belongs...
Read moreIt was an absolute disaster. I walked in and there was a woman waiting at the cash register because the workers wouldn't give her the drinks after she paid. Then we waited to order for about 15 to 20 minuets which really wasn't that bad. But once we finally ordered we waited for 30 minutes. We were also cheated out 17 dollars in total, they didn't give correct change when my friend paid with a 50 dollar bill, she was cheated out of 11 dollars and we didn't notice untill we left. My other friend was cheated out of 5 dollars, and they told me they couldn't give me my 50 cents change back because either didn't have any small bills or coins in their register. Once we came back after we found out my 2 friends were cheated out of money we went back to get our correct change, they're were people fighting about drinks when we went in again, we finally talked to somebody about our change and they started speaking in a different language (which is fine! I just had no clue what they were saying) and they started screaming about how they took it as a tip and we couldn't get it back. But I refused to leave untill my friend got her 10 dollars back. We finally got it back, but it...
Read moreI recently visited Totally Tea Store and I must say, I was blown away by the quality of their products and exceptional customer service. The tea selection was vast and ranged from traditional blends to unique and exciting flavors.
The staff was iredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect tea for my taste preferences. They even brewed a sample for me to try on the spot! I appreciated the personalized attention and care that they put into every customer interaction. The tea I loved was brown sugar milk tea.
The store itself was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax with a cup of tea. Prices were reasonable, considering the high quality of the teas. I left feeling satisfied and excited to return for my next visit.
Overall, I highly recommend Totally Tea Store for any tea lover or anyone in search of a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You won't be...
