Not ideal for birthday parties especially for the price! --Employees seemed distracted and confused on where our group was supposed to be, so we were moved to different tables after another group had already started drinking our beverages from our section and using our cups, etc. --We were provided 2 tables (seating 20) when our party needed 35 seats. --eventually extra seating was accomodated, after we brought this to their attention. --NO goodie bags provided, when they were listed to be included in the package! --Our kid's name was spelled wrong (like, completely different gender name, wrong) on the cake. I will say, one of our party attendants did catch it and let me know before I seen it, and apologized, but told me that they aren't allowed to fix it after the cakes are made--so I had to scrape the letters off myself with a spoon. --The "play card" provided allows for roughly 10 kids to ride the motorcycle carts one time each. There's not enough points to cover every kid at the party, even though every individual kid was paid for, and you get one card to use for everyone. Not really practical for one card to manage 17 kids -The pizza is SAD. You get 3 pizzas for 20 people. I had 35 people coming so I ordered 3 extra. There still was not enough. Pizza is super thin, fairly small, and even then, all pieces are cut in half. So "2" pieces per person is really only one piece. I want to include, that the couple employees we interacted with were friendly and as helpful as they could be BUT, they seemed to be stretched pretty thin with atleast 3-4 birthdays happening at one time. -There is no seperate area for check in for birthdays vs. People walking in just wanting to let their kids play, & the entire lobby is just packed in like sardines until everyone gets sorted out in no particular manner **There's NO designated party area that separates birthday parties/reserved seating from general public. We had random people and kids running all through our area the entire 3 hours, and weaving through our group while our kid was opening presents, doing cake, eating, etc. --The play place itself seemed clean and the kids all had fun! However, both my husband and I were pretty unimpressed with the entire "party" for how much money it cost. Advice---don't waste your money here, this place is not set up properly or organized enough for children's birthday parties!! ---& perhaps my biggest annoyance, is the fact that all the 5 star reviews are likely due to the fact that EVERY table has multiple cards one them asking for 5 star reviews in exchange for balloons for your kids! LOL the high google rating...
Read moreI am SO impressed with this location. I took my special needs son here for a birthday party today and any parent of a special needs kiddo knows that Public outings can overwhelming especially when it’s a new place. Let’s start with security.. they have a locking gate that prevents kids from slipping away from the play area. I was able to relax knowing my son is playing and is safe. I didn’t have to be at his side at all times. The staff pays attention to what kids are coming in with what adults so if anything happens they can immediately get the parents attention.
Moving on to the staff.. this is a big reason I’ll be returning. The staff here genuinely cares about each kid that comes in. They observe, they protect, they’re gentle and very obviously love their job. I didn’t see that my son kept trying to climb up something that is only meant to go down and I was quickly alerted by the staff that they redirected him and let me know what had happened. At the end of the party when everyone was leaving my son was struggling to go. He was very upset and worked up and Jaedyn, Angel and their manager (I didn’t catch her name) sat with me to console him and reassure him and come up with a solution to make a happy exit.
A lot of places I go people don’t understand special needs children. I get dirty looks along with full grown adults judging a situation they have no idea about but here because of the staff I felt safe and I felt heard as a parent. Feeling seen in a judgmental world is such a big thing. I’m just so grateful there are still people who are GOOD and love their jobs. Especially working ima place with children it’s so important to be patient, understanding and empathetic. This is a GREAT place to bring your kids. They are accepting.
Thank you again to the staff that helped de-escalate. You’re doing...
Read moreDO NOT THROW A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE
The fruit snacks are not unlimited, it took over 2 hours for us to even get any and we only got some because I complained. They gave us 15ish packs for a 21 kid party and never refilled them. The drinks are not unlimited. They gave us 2 two liters and a thing of water and apple juice and never refilled them. Our party went without drinks for over an hour. The pizza is garbage. “2 pieces per person” wasn’t enough to even feed my 5 year old who doesn’t eat. It was paper thin. Like you could basically see through it. And each piece was cut in half. So those “two pieces” were actually ONE PIECE and they were so thin that even that was not nearly enough for ANYONE. The cake was MEHHHH. The frosting was so dense it just fell off in chunks while cutting it so kids didn’t always get frosting on their piece. NOT A SINGLE KID GOT GOODIE BAGS. Not one. They brought them AFTER my party end time. AFTER everyone had left and AFTER we had already cleaned up the whole party and were on our way out the door ourselves. The motor circuit ride was given all on one card and it was impossible to manage getting each kid their ride. Could have been done better.
THE BEST PART?! I reached out to customer service and after a week of waiting for a response they said “We could not find any support to validate your claims” WHAT?! Like I’m just joking about going into every detail about this disaster of a party?! Like I’m lying about paying $800 and not receiving a single thing up to the expectations that THEY set?! Absolute joke. Stay far...
