We celebrated here a birthday party for a child. The initial community was relatively ok, via emails. It was the first time at the location. We arrived earlier, as communicated and were told that we still need to wait as the room is not ready. We were let in to play at the expected time ( still waiting for the room) 15 minutes after, we were told the room is ready for the party children. We went to see and a lot of items were missing ( from the ones agreed upon). When asked the hostess ( that seems bothered by questions, also that we were supposed to have in the room while party was going on )she didn't really rush to assist us. There were 2 and none of them did. When pizza arrived, there were 2 small pieces of pizza, not quite unfrozen and so small that the children size were not enought. As per communication , we were told that we can order extra. I did right away go to ask , but I was told that they can't accommodate us , as other people need to celebrate too. Also there were juices and cookies for the kids, that were not brought initially. They barely gave me the juices and told me that they run out of the cookies . ( keep in mind, all was prepared and no money was given back for anything that they did not give us ) . Also we asked for some drinks( pop) for the parents, that we barely received. During this time, the 2 hostesses didn't have the friendliest attention, even seemed bothered. I asked to speak with a manager right away and I have been told it's not at the location. Than my daughter had in her package, minutes with Peppa and her children she invited . We were told Peppa it's not coming in the room, and she will be seen along with all the kids. When Peppa came, our party was a bit rushed to meet her/ hug her. As the whole location had to. The kids this play nicely though, and the location looks good. As for party experience, I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I also wrote a message to the manager explaining my experience after 2- 3 days, and never got a...
Read moreMy cousin had a birthday party for her daughter here today-in writing they offered her “unlimited pizza” for her guests. She gave them a count of heads ahead of time. When we arrived, it took forever to check in because they left a new employee at the front. No big deal, we were patient and didn’t have kids with us at the time of check in. I felt for some of the families with impatient kiddos waiting though. When we did get inside, they only had 6 personal pizzas for a party with probably 15 families. They basically told her “we see your email but too bad”. Additionally, at the door they said we’re just giving out wrist bands and asking everyone if they were part of the party. There were maybe 40 adults and 20 children. They charged her for many more (50 adults and 30 children). Super disorganized. Lastly, the main reason I am giving a 1 star review is how incredibly rude their employee was today. She was SCREAMING at the children with an incredibly nasty tone, it was appalling. She had zero patience and didn’t smile once the entire day. She had short brown hair in a ponytail and wore glasses. I am a teacher and had just commented how well behaved the kids were prior to her screaming fit. If I had a child in that line, I would have demanded she be taken off our party. Peppa pig had just come out in her costume and this woman was yelling at the top of her lungs at the kids to back off and make a line (many of which were toddlers). It was so bad, two other employees had to step in and were able to wrangle the kiddos easily and with kindness. Such a bummer because according to reviews they have potential to run a great party but our family was very disappointed in their...
Read moreThis place is not what it was when I first brought my daughter here when she was younger. First, I want to start off with saying the place was too crowded in my opinion. There should be a limit on how many people should be inside a big place with no air circulation at once. Second, I watch one of the staff members do a half cleaning job on the red car. Third, I paid $15 for the Daddy Pig snack basket WHICH IS MORE than the Peppa Pig snack basket which was $12 just for the guy to give me a paper brown bag. I asked him why I don’t get the nice Peppa pig box and he tells me that he doesn’t make the rules and I don’t get the nice Peppa pig box because I didn’t purchase the Peppa Pig snack basket!!!!! Which is STUPID because I paid more for the Daddy Pig snack basket!!!! I honest felt like he didn’t want to give it to me because of the color of my skin!!! Like I told him I’ve been here multiple times and when I buy the Daddy Pig snack basket I usually get the nice Peppa pig box. Fourth, we leave and try to purchase pictures and the lady tells us the Peppa pig picture frame is $15.99 & the picture is $5 only for her to give us a cardboard Peppa pig frame telling us we need to spend $10 more to get the actual frame!!!!! THAT’S NOT WHAT YOU SAID LADY!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK THERE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF!!!! THEY HAVE WENT UP ON THEIR PRICES!!!! WE COULD HAVE WENT TO THE PARK OUTSIDE FOR FREE AT THIS POINT!!!!...
