Perfumes Era Great Lakes Crossing Outlets District 3 — Attraction in Auburn Hills

The young female with dark colored hair working Saturday night was not very pleasant while assisting us. She recommended my husband try Jean Paul Gaultier (Garden Paradise)which did smell nice, so he purchased a bottle which she said was $270. After going online we saw that everywhere else and the actual Jean Paul Gaultier website was selling it for $137. They charged us double for the same bottle! We immediately returned and got a refund! When asked why they were charging double she stated the owner sets the prices. Be aware and double check prices before buying anything. Will not return because they are not trustworthy.

In response to owner: We ordered that exact bottle of cologne last night from the actual website with no problem for $137 so I'm not sure what gives you the right to sell it for $270. I could have gotten two bottles of it for $270. You are definitely ripping people off marking prices up like that....

My friends and I went there once, but we won't go there again due to the awful experience. When we entered the store, the single employee was on her stool, talking on the phone to a friend, and she didn't even say hello to us. We've been searching around for a while, and she still hasn't asked if we need any help. She would only put down her phone when we asked her to smell something. We wanted to sample a few perfumes before making any purchases because we are new to the hobby. She asked and I quote "are you guys going to buy anything or..." after we had made a few requests. After hearing that remark, I realized this was not the place for me to spend my time or money.

Worst experience ever!! The indian girl was disrespectful. She refused to put down her phone and was impolite as I asked her questions. I returned later because I wanted to be properly attended and provided with the customer service that I and any other person deserve. After returning hours later and giving her space (which I shouldn't have had to do), she was still ranting, but this time in a shouting tone.
