I'm absolutely shocked at the way my family was treated this evening. We were here a few weeks ago and had great service. Tonight we got there at 8pm and my son had to use the restroom, I noticed the dining area that led to the bathroom had been roped off.. I asked the guy taking orders if they bathroom was closed he says " no, I just don't want anyone eating over there, kids leave messes. Are you gonna order or just use the bathroom? " 🤔 OK... I thought with 3 kids with me. I understand it's an hour til close so whatever. Still a strange comment to a mother infront of her kids. I say we are gonna order and his face went to a frown. Uncomfortable enough already but we order anyway even tho we feel unwanted. my son wants spicy chicken strips he says " were not doing those anymore, it's too late we shut that down" 😑 once again, ok! Whatever. 50.00 worth of food was on the screen and he asks "for here or to go" I say for here, (were in the mall, they don't close for an hour we would have been done eating in 15 mins or less and I literally buss my own tables, my kids are well behaved and clean up after themselves as well) he literally starts to look at his watch and starts with " well we close in.." I just cut him off and said cancel the order this is ridiculous and told my fiance let's go, are we supposed to eat on a bench? He yelled back at me tell my boss then. So the manager at this place is basically driving customers away it sounds like. I'm a nice person and was find til he confirmed we were an inconvenience an hour before they closed. Great work ethic you all got going on. 👏🏾 sad because we come to this mall a few times a week and was looking forward to being regular customers. If you got this far thanks for reading. I usually leave good reviews so this...
Read moreI am a doordasher- i walked in and said “hi i have a doordash for damian” and the woman behind the counter just stared at me, literally gave me no response- then after fully 2 whole mins she responded “its not ready yet” and shooed me over to the chairs. literally waved her hand at me to shoo me away.
while i was sitting there wating for OVER TWENTY MINS- i watched her take multiple customers- who all had more food than the doordash i had! One of the customers she took didnt speak much english and instead of working with him to figure out what he wanted she stuck her finger in his face and loudly said “ya know what- youre gonna write down your order and then ill punch it in”
after i sat there waiting she glared at me and said “who are you waiting on?” like i hadnt already told her- so i said “damian” she handed me the order and when i asked “is this all of it?” she once again just stared at me and rolled her eyes. When i left i tried to call corporate and sat with the phone ringing for over 2 mins with no answer. Not that i could report her by name since she wasnt wearing a name tag.
overall im just confused on why she thinks that its okay to talk to paying customers like that and to completely ignore doordashers- or why she even has a job in the first place. if you dont like customers, dont work...
Read moreVisited here with a friend on a busy Saturday. They had a nice variety of sliders available, chicken tenders, some custard shakes, and they have Pepsi products. We waited about ~2 minutes to put our orders in, and the food got to our tables within 5 minutes. The service was good and speedy despite it being pretty busy. The sliders are above an average slider size, but so good.
I chose to get the Original Slider. The bun was just a little toasted and gave a nice extra texture. The burger and the toppings on the burger were also good. Overall, it wasn't a mind-blowing burger, but it was very enjoyable and I would go back to try some of the other burgers as well.
We also got some cheese curds which were really freshly cooked, and were amazing. If I had to rate them against Culver's cheese curds, I would enjoy Savvy Slider's better. They had less of that rubbery texture that Culvers can have sometimes. And had a good crisp batter.
Overall, this was a really good place to grab burgers and some sides. It had a significantly shorter wait than the Rainforest cafe and some of the burger options in the food court. Plus it was much quieter than both of those options which is nice for a day at the mall.
Definitely recommend unless you don't like burgers and an...
