I had to drop the amount of stars I had initially given.
I've shopped at all 3 locations and frequent this location the most since it's the closest shop to me. Generally, the customer service is pretty good, some bud tenders definitely stand out in terms of their knowledge and customer service.
That being said, my last 2 orders got messed up. Today our bud tender was great, but the girl who took our tickets (I had 2) didn't even fill our whole order. The tickets had already been tossed in the bucket and I had to pull them out myself to make sure I got everything. I asked the guy ringing me up if he got the Sunset Sherbet, and he said yes. I then mentioned to him that the last time I had come in I was given the wrong thing and he said something along the lines of how that never happens with him and he always double checks...apparently not the case. I drop my boyfriend off at home and head to work, only to get a text a few minutes later saying that we were given the wrong thing AGAIN.
At least 3 of my orders have been messed up over the last year; I've also been doubled charged for products and straight up charged for the wrong thing...looking at some other reviews, it looks like this happens too often. Cashiers should double check the tickets, ask customers if they want to quickly look at the products that were grabbed to make sure it's right, and take the extra 5 seconds to double check they rang it correctly.
Now I'm stuck with weed and I don't want and still wanting the weed I didn't get. As someone who shops here regularly and spends quite a bit of money, I'm wondering if it's time to move on to someplace different to buy my weed, even if it's...

They ended up ignoring my mom inside the shop today, she's disabled and does require help when it comes to making an order but after 20 mins of standing inside she received no assistance. I had called and waiting to speak to a manager for quite some time while I waited I must have been sent back to the automated machine at least 6 times, so I gave up and ended up placing the order online myself letting it go, I had shown up during regular hours and was told they were sold out completely which is confusing due to the fact I received a text and everything saying my order was confirmed? 1 if the strain was sold out it shouldn't have gone through or 2 my order was given to someone else or a employee kept it for themselves (I've seen this in past experiences) not shaming the club or anything. The medicinal marijuana they have sure is helpful for my mother and the staff is polite (most the time) but is honestly not that "elder friendly", and online system needs to be worked on a little bit. Read moreI ordered online. I arrived needing to use the ATM. They were down. Okay. I go to a different ATM and come back. I wait in line which was it's own nonsense. When I was served before the lady in front of me, it was to tell me that they only have half of the inhaler. I'm let down again. The 'lady' who was supposed to be helping me said that I can go get one from Rite Aide. I'm on my lunch break and was just popping in to grab one simple product. I didn't say anything but I'm clearly unhappy. The 'lady' working there says 'It's not my fault that we don't have this. You don't need to have an attitude!' I hadn't even said anything yet! My response is that as a representative of Evergreen Market, that yes, she was at least enough to be helpful. She just stared at me. I asked for a concentrate to dab. She said sure, how much? $44? I said no. She continued to be argumentative while 'explaining' the varieties available. You know, I'm no genius but it might be faster if you asked me what I'm looking for instead of focusing on how much money you can get from me. She then passed me off to a different worker who then passed me off to another worker who ignored me until ANOTHER worker asked if I had been helped.
I managed to get out of there with something that worked for me.
I thought the incident at the Renton location was isolated but it clearly is not!
