This new policy or whatever where if you need something printed you do it on your own at their printers is ridiculous. You ask the employees to print something off their computers your told it will take 24 hours. Even with multiple employees standing around chit chatting and laughing it up with each other. Something I have had done in the past by them which took 5-15 minutes depending on how busy they were now takes me quadruple the time. I have multiple files on a flash drive (40 files) all need to be printed. Straight forward, everything printed the same way and I organize after. But at their self printers, your unable to select multiple files to print. So each file must be selected then the options you want, then the loading, then the confirmation, then the loading, then the are you finished, then the loading and repeat. On occasion you have to start over because you need to reshape your card or the touchscreen doesn't want to work correctly. 30 minutes in and I'm not even halfway through. There are only 3 printers for customers to use, so when a line starts to form behind you, you feel a bit like a jerk. Then the employees who were so busy to help before and print off the computer will come over and "ask" "do you need help" really it's just them subtly saying sir you are causing a line please speed up. Unreal. Honestly the only reason I typed this was so I could kill time in between me hitting the print and confirm buttons. The "loading" time. I know this rant will accomplish nothing. No staples employee will see this and do anything about the problem. If anything they will get laugh about it and perhaps make jokes in the break room. So enjoy the chuckles staples employees, I have broke the halfway mark of my stuff getting printed and I'm coming up on the 45 minutes marker. I will most definitely surpass the hour...
Read moreI bought a Nexus 7 with an extended warranty. I was told no matter what happened to it they would replace it up to a year. I paid cash; the salesman took all my info and told me I was all set. Got 1 yr. warranty I bought it w/cash and the associate registered for me. I couldn't use it because it was too small for me to see(I'm Old]. I gave it to my daughter that's in nursing school. It won't hold a charge, and Staples won't replace it because I lost the receipt. They put all my info into their system but they can't locate it. I was given 5 different numbers to call to locate my info on warrantees. They said I am out of luck if I can't find the receipt. I paid $231.00 for the Nexus 7 and the year warantee; then I paid $40 for a protective case. The manager told me that I have to take responsibility in life. The young kid that sold it to me told me I...
Read moreThe tech guy Zak is a waste of my time. Honestly I came in to see if my son's laptop need to get diagnostic cleaning or not. The guy did not want to help, instead he just said to uninstall and reinstall a game. We did just that and it didn't make a difference, it keeps crashing on us. I refuse to go back there and give them my business because I can tell that he did not want to do his job. I honestly do not understand certain people workmanship. If you don't want to help people as part of your job duty, why are...
