The Auburn Popcorn Company — Attraction in Auburn

I rate my experience a 3.5, I would say 3 but I’ll be nice. Soo I visited on the game of Auburn vs New Mexico. The town was booming and lively! Now I will note I am black and me and my sister got many “looks”. So any one of color: beware. Anyways, we got there and no one was in there. The place was empty. There was a guy.. I’m not sure if he ever seen black people before but he seemed shocked to see me and my sister. We got four items. We got three types of popcorn and an ice cream cone. “Birthday Cake”, “Carmel Popcorn”, and “Dill Pickle”. The flavor of ice cream was “Birthday Cake”. When we were telling the guy what we wanted he seemed to be slightly irritated that we kept ordering more. I wanted more items but we went with what we had. The total was $54.23. It's just a cozy little Popcorn Shop with good prices the popcorn is amazing they also sell ice cream there I wasn't a big fan of the ice cream but it's not the Auburn Ice Cream Factory it's the Auburn Popcorn Factory and to be fair about the ice cream I'm from dairy country so it's actually really hard to please me with dairy products and honestly my problem with the ice cream was that the butter pecan actually tastes like butter so you really might like that it depends on how you like your ice cream service was extremely friendly the owner was in the shop they offered samples I would strongly recommend anyone who likes popcorn to visit this shop also they have monstrous proportions you can get a huge bag of popcorn it was pop fresh that day that stay good for a few days because I bought so much but I couldn't finish it...

Excellent flavors! One of the best gourmet popcorn experiences however I will piggyback off of the last comment. I too am a person of color and I believe we may have gotten the same person when I had my first visit months ago. The gentleman was pretty much non verbal towards me although I tried to strike conversations and it made me feel awkward and my presence unwanted although there was no one in there but us.
