I booked an appointment on Friday for Monday and they were very accommodating. It was a last minute thing so I understand BUT I sent whoever booked my appointment on FRIDAY pictures of what I wanted and Monday morning hours before my appointment the gal tried to ask if I could go another day. I said I couldn’t because I had a flight the next day that I had already changed so I can fit in their schedule. Instead of canceling she agreed that I could come in later. 2 hours before the appointment she cancels after I showed her what I had sent the other gal on FRIDAY. I canceled other things to accommodate her change… it’s unbelievable how no one in this area (Auburn) wants to work anymore or isn’t professional. She could’ve just canceled and not waste...

I went to Vineyard hair salon and wish I had never gone! I had a horrible experience! The stylist I was assigned butchered my hair. She did not pay attention to detail at all.I came home and realized one side of my head had hair an inch longer than the other side, my bangs looked like a 5 year old, I was left almost in tears. When my daughter called the manager to request that they fix it, not the stylist who had cut my hair, (no brainer) the manager said" Why should I fix it? I didn't ruin her hair." Reluctantly the manager agreed to redo it, but I wasn't about to step foot back in salon after such insensitivity.
