Verizon — Attraction in Audubon

This location has very knowledgeable, capable & kind customer service representatives. We absolutely recommend this Audubon store. We actually drove from cherry hill to this store because of the amount of five star reviews. We were able to upgrade one of our cells from an android to the iPhone 16 pro and received a $720 credit on the trade in, we’re very pleased with that. The degree of patience and professionalism that everyone at this location displayed (we needed a bit of hand-holding as we’re not really techies) in both personal interactions and in fielding our numerous follow up phone calls was exemplary. Our previous experience (5 years ago) at the cherry hill Verizon store was not a positive one leading us to seek out a different experience/location. Use to work for a cellphone carrier. I can confirm there's no such thing as lying about an activation fee for profit. I dont know why that tox gaming character is so miserable to spread lies about a company. Regardless what carrier you have there is always an activation fee no matter if it's an upgrade or new line of service. Activation fees are always paid in the bill never in store. Aside from that this store is glimmering with energy. No wait, no mall, no problem. Everyone here is helpful. The knowledge they have is incredible not to mention I feel like a family member when I walk through that door. Never feel stupid asking the simplest of tech questions. I was in and out with my new phone in about 45 minutes. Daniel was extremely helpful and polite. He answered all of my questions and gave me all of the information that I needed to set up my new phone. There was another employee in the store as well who was very nice. Another customer came in and the store could not assist him because it was a business account. The employee was polite and explained to the customer that their store does not service business accounts and then gave him addresses and store hours for the nearest location that could assist him. Great store and wonderful customer service! 10/10 I will always go to this store...
