DONT SHOP HERE! I ordered & paid for the PlayStation portal. Went to pick up and was notified that they cancelled my order and sold it to another customer. Super disappointed as it’s Christmas Eve and had to drive 2 hours to another GameStop to get my new order. I contacted corporate on this location because I know for a fact that my order that has already been paid for was more than likely backdoored. Y’all are disgusting taking advantage of people the day before Christmas. And after speaking with corporate they are meant to hold it for 7 days after time of purchase before cancellation and new sale. Will never shop here when we travel back to the area.
