My sister and I were walking through the mall today separated by going into different stores at the same time while looking for a pocket watch for myself Pamela Owens store manager of Sales was kind enough to assist me. She let me know right away that they did not stock in the store any pocket watches, but she could assist me with ordering one online. I informed her I was going to continue to walk around the mall and see if I could find one as I needed one for tomorrow unfortunately the only one I was able to find was broken. Thus I went back to Zales asked for Pamela who was on her break in the back of the store who kindly came out to assist me with ordering a beautiful pocket watch and I am most grateful. She is an outstanding sales person very warm and personable, and I will definitely be shopping at Zales again for future purchases.

Especially Pamela the store manager. She took painstaking time to help with this gift. Put together a lifetime warranty. So that going forward this gift had added value.
Something I didn't expect or have experienced in some time. Generally the "big box" merchant is all about the sale and the customer is made to feel less personal.
This absolutely was not the case and I believe Pamela went above and beyond to meet my needs. I can't say Thank you loud or strong enough, and I would unequivocally recommend this organization when looking for a gift to anyone of my friends or family.
Her professionalism and care made for a splendid experience.

Read moreThis is a follow up to a previous review where I gave a 1star. Short story is had a diamond fall out had it sent in for repair, the repair was terrible. Instead of replacing the diamond they moved another and folded the prongs over to hide it. I had to have it sent back. Ring is rose gold they fixed it with yellow gold. The manager AT THE TIME said they couldn’t do anything about it and brushed me off. I nearly a year later I went to the Destin Florida store and they replaced the entire band with a new one. They had it shipped to the Augusta store. I was very hesitant on that, but I gave them a chance. I just picked it up and Mrs. Owen’s was very apologetic. The ring was perfect. She also let me know that the employee I had an issue with is no longer with the company. So I will be shopping at this...
