Torrid — Local services in Augusta

I would like to start this review by stating that for the last 9 years Torrid is the only clothing store I purchase from for my self I've been to Torrids all over ¹the USA and today at the Torrid in the Augusta Mall on Wrightsbro rd when we first walked in the Torrid on the upper level of the Mall two women where standing at our left as soon as you walk in talking they paused and one of the women actually looked us up and down in a very bizzare dramatic way after the very noticeable akward pause she resumed talking there was never a greeting from her .A young lady at the register greeted us in A happy the familiar i am here to help Torrid fashion I did my return then looked at some items .The woman with the bizzare behavior from the front was walking to the back near the dressing room with no items ,So i said hey i had to say it twice to get her attention she was walking briskly when she stopped the way she stopped she just stopped and looked straight ahead then she turned very slowly to face me i could see the anger in her eyes the irritation they where rolling I said yes excuse me I wanted to ask you about the current sale she acts as if she could not understand me she says what!! kind of loud and nastily i then repeat myself she then venomously like human cobra with her lispy heavy tounge spat out the sale and quickly turned and disappeared what a RUDE ,NASTY, IGNORANT, UNCOUTH, ABSOLUTELY INAPPROPRIATE WAY TO CODUCUT YOUR SELF AT WORK TORRID IN THE AUGUSTA MALL HAS SO MANY BAD REVIEW FOR SIMILAR REASONS I AM 100 % SURE THE SAME EMPLOYEE IS THE ONE RESPONSIBLE AND SHE IS THE MANGER THE MANGER WHO IS SUPPOSE TO BE A GOOD LEADER WITH TEAM WORK SKILLS WHO SETS A GOOD EXAMPLES FOR OTHERS. WHO INTERVIEWED HER ADOLF HITLER AND SAID YES YES YOUR ATTITUDE IS AWFUL I JUST KNOW YOUR ARE BEING FAKE NOW ILL MAKE YOU THE MANGER YOU WILL DRIVE THE SHOPPERS AWAY ONE BY ONE EVIL LAUGH NOT GREETING PEOPLE BUT JUST STANDING IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE TALKING NOT ASKING IF ANYONE NEEDS HELP SCOWLING AT COSTUMERS PPL GO THROUGH THINGS IN LIFE BUT NOW YOU ARE AT WORK LEAVE IT OUTSIDE ,AND WHAT WOULD'VE HAPPEN IF I GAVE HER THAT SAME ENGERY BACK 💯 × YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE SOME ONE IS AT MENTALY SHE GAVE OFF A NEGATIVE WERID HATEFUL VIBE I WAS WITH TWO MORE WOMEN WE WERE SHOCKED BY HER RUDENES TOO BE HONEST I REALLY REALLY HELD IT TOGETHER IT TOOK EVERTHING TO REMAIN CALM WELL TORRID TORRID SHE PUT ON A SHOW TO GET THE JOB SHE IS MAKING TORRID LOOK BAD AS A COMPANY AND AM SURE THIS IS NORMAL BEHAVIOR IAM SURE EMPLOYEES HAVE COMPLAINED PPL ARE TELLING OTHERS TO AVOID TORRID IN THE AUGUSTA MALL ALL COST I BET THAT REVIEW LINES UP TO HER BEING IN THE STORE O I 78HOPE SHE GETS THE HELP OR...

I have been going to this Torrid for years and loved all the employees. Tonight, I was in line to pick up my order and was straight ignored over older appearing customers. I wanted to buy other items while there but it took me 15 minutes to get acknowledge in line while others behind me were checked out and if I tried to interject they would just ignore. During check out the cashier talked to other customers refusing to talk to me directly. I finally was able to ask my question about the other part of my order only to not get a direct answer but she sure had a conversation with the lady being checked...

One thing I LOVE about Torrid is the fan in the dressing room!

The rooms in Augusta are a bit dusty, but overall very clean and the decor is cute for a dressing room.

But let me get to the good part. I am sitting in the dressing room right now waiting on not one, but TWO of the most knowledgeable salesladies ever!

Taylor is helping me with my bra and Ashley is being so very patient helping me with my jeans. They are literally shopping for me and bringing the items to the dressing room for me. And they are doing it so nicely and so professionally, I wish I could...
