I am EXTREMELY upset with Kay's. A diamond fell out of my wedding ring in April. It was sent back twice before it came back somewhat ok. The repairs manager was completely rude to me during the whole process. I decided to take it in a couple of weeks ago to have it redone once again because it was about to be paid off and since it still didn't look like it did when I got married I wasn't completely happy. The prongs around the diamond that fell out were bigger than the others and the diamond was not in line with the others on the row. It came back on Wednesday and was still a bit too spaced out but I decided to go with it because it did look better. Tonight, Sunday, FOUR DAYS later I looked down and the diamond diagonal from the original one that fell out is now gone. I've literally had it back 4 days and this will be the fourth time it has had something wrong with it. Not to mention I have had it less than two years. I will no longer be a customer of theirs and if my ring isn't replaced I will be reaching out to the district manager to figure out a solution. Very...
Read moreThey need to fix their hours. I drove an hour to pick up my wedding ring that has been in the shop twice due to it not being fix correctly the first time and they were closed an hour early. Very inconvenient when I’m sick of making the trip back and forth to have it fix on top of wasted trips when the posted store hours are incorrect.
Reply to store manager reply, you didn’t have to close early due to an emergency. Your hours of close are 7p but online it states 8p. I arrived at 7:05p not knowing this until after driving an hour and had to drive an hour home without my ring. Now I’m on vacation and have to wait a week to get my ring that I’ve been without nearly a month. I just hope the ring is finally right and the stone doesn’t nearly fall out again so I don’t have to go thru this anymore. Experience is completely different than my previous wedding set from Helzberg. Read moreThe staff at the Augusta, GA store in the Augusta mall are always super helpful. HOWEVER, the last few days, I’ve had THE BEST person helping me with my account issues and repairs. Kayla at the Augusta Mall store has gone above and beyond in her service. She helped me make sure all of my jewelry was under the correct account and that i would be able to easily access it in the future (my husband and i have both changed numbers and it was difficult to remember what jewelry was under what number) She even offered to go personally pick my ring up from the repair shop because it is late getting back to the store. She did not have to do this, and i am so grateful that there are people who still have this kind of above-and-beyond customer service. Please, keep her with your company as she is outstanding towards her customers, friendly, and very knowledgeable and her being one of the faces of Kay’s and their exceptional service is why we are always have been and always will be...
