Bull & Bear Axe Throwing — Attraction in Aurora Township

Welcome to a fun time is how I'll start. When it comes to places that have popped up in the Chicagoland Suburbs, this is definitely a must. Our good friend David is not only full of knowledge, but quite skilled at Axe Throwing himself. We came in early, 12pm right when they open, so it's not a busy place. I'm sure as the day goes along the place will get even more lively. Our rag tag group of 6(almost 7) is and had a great time.

Pretty terrible all around. Dimly lit and hot. Initial explanation was how to hold axe was fine but that was it. No review of safety guidelines or anything past grip of the axe. Boards obviously needed replaced on one of our targets but seemed neglected compared to how the 2nd target looked. Never came back to check on us or anything. With all these positive reviews I can only assume this was possibly an employee thing or us being the first people there. (12 pm start). Great experience. I came here with a group for some pre-bachelor party activities and we had a great time.

There was a good selection of escape room difficulties with a wide variety of themes to choose from; we chose Dr. Death w/ actor(ess) and would highly recommend it.

After the escape room, we took advantage of an hour of axe throwing. The facility was very clean and all of the staff was extremely friendly.
