Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Aurora Township

I had a buy one get one coupon. I forgot to use the coupon when placing the order online so I called the store and they said to just bring the coupon into the store. When I got to the store, the cashier said the total was $31.82 without the coupon. I gave the cashier the coupon and he said ok the total is $31.82. I had to remind him to use the coupon to which the total then came to be $37.87. I asked why my total was higher. He got defensive and said because my pizzas were not menu priced. He then got someone from the back and she says the same thing. I say ok I’ll just pay the $31.82 to which they both roll their eyes and the other three or four people behind them start laughing at me. They can’t figure out how to lower the total back to the original total and say the $37.87 must be because of the tax. I say no that’s not right and I pull up my email receipt confirmation from online ordering and it states the $31.82 is including tax. They laugh and try to get it back to normal but it takes a while. All the while the cashier and lady have an attitude. And the people in back continue to smirk and laugh at me. I’m sorry but this was an awful experience and I would’ve just walked out but I would’ve felt sad if they threw out the pizza and sides...

I'd give this place a five star review, but some of these customers are absolutely insufferable. Customers act like they're making frozen pizza here, but they're actually making the pizza practically from scratch. And don't even get me started on the customers who order at the same time as everyone else orders on the weekends, and then get mad about the wait times or delivery times. These customers have absolutely no patience and frequently verbally abuse the employees, and then play victim when they get hung up on or denied service. I have eaten here weekly for the last ten years, and I see how the customers behave. They act like children. They act like these aren't human beings making your food. Those of you who go into the store for pickup, you can see how many people are back there working. You're just rude to these people who are barely making a living. The customers at this location have been so rude to the employees that all of the best people that have worked there have left. I only recognize one or two of their current staff. My hat's off to you guys for the amount of nonsense you have to take from the customers. Keep pumping out those...

We've ordered pizza online for carryout several times over the past couple months. Papa John's in general has some of my favorite pizza, and they definitely have the best coupons. I always order online for convenience, you can enter coupon codes and view all the specials and new featured items. I've had great experiences every time from this location, the staff are always very friendly and always ask if I need parmesan or red pepper flake packets. My pizza always seems to be ready at the lower end of the time estimate for pickup also. We ordered delivery one time, even though we are only about 8 minutes away from this location, it would not let us order. It makes us order from another Papa John's which is farther away in Aurora, this is a small location that probably only services a small area in Montgomery. We will definitely continue to order from this location...
