nuEra Aurora Dispensary — Attraction in Aurora Township

I took a bit of a ride to NuEra in Aurora for 1 reason. Grassroots Ray Charles Sugar. I'd pay Rec. prices for this strain as a Medical patient. I purchased this on 9-1. When I got home I saw the box said expires 10-24-23. I opened the jar and no scent, very dark brown, and the consistency of 5yr. old gym under a table. I immediately called them and spoke to Jake the manager who was extremely nice he apologized and said he could offer me a 20% discount on my next purchase. So spend more money and I'm still out 55.00? I've never had to check dates at any Medical dispensery ever! I did try it in hopes it was still okay. Tasted like a 5yr. old stale cigarette crossed with a tire and gave me a splitting headache. It's the next day and they still have this strain available to buy when they know it's no good. That says everything about how this place cares about customers. If they make it right I'll update this review. For now I wouldn't recommend this dispensery to anyone. UPDATE To my surprise I did recieve an Email from Mr. Johnson the GM. He apologized several times and wanted to make it right by giving me a credit for the bad product and some freebies. I wasn't concerned about the free items but I did recieve 30 gummies and the credit for a good strain. Most importantly he removed the bad item from the menu so nobody else has this issue. Now that's class and integrity and they have earned much more business from me. Jake was apologized several times and he stated he didn't know store policy with this rare issue. Great guy to work with along with Mr. Johnson. NuEra stepped up and did the right thing. Very rare. Wish it was a Medical facility but I will be watching their menu and definitely will be shopping...

I’ve been going to this location for a while and the last transaction i believe they forgot to give me my medical discount and then I was mistaken because I didn’t realize I was getting charged extra fees so I brought that up but they explained to me that the balance was correct. Just a little misunderstanding not a big deal at all. One of the ladies behind the desk tells the worker who was taking my order to count her bills for my transaction… I was using a debit card. It was just really rude that she was trying to make it out like I was trying to pull over something on them. Besides this issue they offer $100 for your first visit or atleast this is what the website says. When you get to the store they act like they have no idea about the deal even though I have a screen shot and have shown them before. I had one worker explain to me that it is only for medical patients at medical dispensaries but it doesn’t say that on the website and I feel it’s super misleading. I wanted to go to nuEra the first time because I saw they had that deal. It was a very big let down to say the least, bordering on feeling like false advertisement. Besides these issues I brought up the workers are super friendly and do a great job with helping you. Ultimately I just wish they made good on their offer that they still have on their website to this day. At most other dispensaries they would have just took the loss to make it their customer happy, especially in a case like this when there is...

NuEra Aurora is the best dispensary in DuPage (Naperville), Kane County, and Fox Valley area; “it’s straight from NuEra”. Faith is in excellence at NuEra. Personally my bud tender help find strains specific to my condition. Speciality items where I was unsure, I was able to find suitable topical products, lotion etc. The greatest part of the exchange is that they are hosting 2023 Cannabis Cup, I was able to get Judge’s Kits as well as important comparisons and feesback information. On medical demands I need a large quantity of product filled. ISEO 420 and NuEra had plenty of supply and I was recieved very rapidly and promptly where the quantity concerns matched the prices.
