INDIA'S HARVEST... BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE STORE MANAGER. HE DID NOT WEAR A MASK. AND HE IS WORKING IN THE KITCHEN AS WELL. BE CAREFUL.
I had a very bad experience today with India's Harvest. The store Manager was pretty rude. Firstly he wasnt wearing a mask.. Now, I was inquiring about a spice which I could not find it in the spice section, so I asked him(from a distance) if he had the spice, which he denied(normally). Which was okay. So, I took a substitute of the spice.. While I was at the billing counter, I told the billing person that I was looking for the actual spice but couldn't find it. So she said, she can check with the store manager. I told her that i checked with him already, and in the meanwhile the store manager(I dont want to name him publicly) came to the billing desk and stated(with a very rude and agitated tone, "I already told you, dont you understand. When I told you that we don't have it, why are you asking again and again." With a couple of sentences which are totally unacceptable. He was very very rude and Harsh. I immediately told him that he just lost a customer and I will drop a review on Google and the Indian groups for Denver and Colorado. He said go ahead and left.
Guys, please be careful. Firstly you are at severe risk. He is roaming around the whole store including kitchen where your food is getting prepared. It becomes very risky for you and for all other people who are trying to order from their kitchen. There were other customers in the store which can confirm the same. And about the way he was speaking to me, he already lost a customer. I hope he improves on his customer dealing skills and his...

This place is full of things, no space to walk or to look at the product. The restaurant place is not clean and there is no one to care, waiting people just keep occupying the table as if they own it and owner or workers are not at all worried about it. First we waited for 20 mins before we got a seat at the so called restaurant and no one turns up even to clean the table or to take the order, there will be hardly 2 or 3 people working including the owner. One guy will be at the checkout counter and other 2 will be inside the kitchen(hopefully working) I somehow managed to place the order and we almost waited for 30-35 mins. In the mean time other tables were occupied by new customers and they also had the same issue for ordering the food. We noticed other tables where people came after us got their food and we still waited (Along with a 10 months old kid) Finally i lost my patience and asked whats going on with our order, for our surprise the guy went to kitchen to check came back saying they are starting to prepare our food NOW. We got pissed off and asked them to cancel our order. Finally i thought of putting a word to the owner about their service and he responded arrogantly by saying our order has been cancelled. This short guy who looks to be a owner was not at all felt sorry for their mistake. Never going back to this place for either groceries or food. He lost a long...
Read moreReasonably priced Indian groceries, cheapest place I found to buy atta so far. Be careful to check your receipt before leaving, I've found errors before where they didn't apply sale prices and such. Be very careful with frozen goods, I've gotten moldy peas and such before so I stopped buying anything frozen here period. Avoid coming Sundays if you can, gets very busy and they only ever have one register open. They also serve food along the back so it's not bad if you want to grab a bite, food is just ok. If you open membership, you can build points to use against groceries or buy from the...
