Always well manicured grass and well maintained fields/playground equipment. Water fountains are perpetually off. Lots of sun-exposed walking. Lots of gazebos for get-togethers (be sure to notify the city and get a reservation for large parties because there is always a lot of competition for the gazebos in the sunny months). Snack shack open during baseball games at the 4 diamonds. Relatively flat ground for soccer, lacrosse and football (but no seating).
