Panda Express — Restaurant in Aurora

Ive ate here many times and usually its pretty good, Ive gotten a couple of "off" things here and there but nothing like tonight.

My daughter and I havent ordered out in a rather long time, bills have bewn tight for me. I was excited to finally order something good and we both decided on Panda Express.

Well that was short lived. I was very disapointed to open my box and find something Im not quite sure of. Is it chicken or?

I didnt eat it or the huge pile of vegetables. It was pretty much the only "chicken" in my order of the Kung Pao Chicken.

The Beijin Beef was ok. Couldve done without the massivly burnt peppers though.

The fried rice, well, my guess it was the end of the pan that had been sitting out for hours, thats all Ill say there.

The Chow Mein noodles were probably the best part of the entire meal. I didnt know you guys started cutting the noodles so small, I miss the normal noodles. Or, maybe it was just the end of that couple hour pan too.

Im scared to try the spring rolls. Think Ill just throw them away with the rest and make a real dinner.

Anyway, highly dissapounted and I dont think my daughter and I will be ordering here anymore unfortunately.

Restaurants have really gone down hill and just dont care anymore. Restaurants used to have pride in their food. Now its just serve em slop and take their hard...

I ordered delivery tonight through the Panda Express app for my daughter and I. When I immediately noticed missing items (my daughters apple crisps, my rangoons and spring rolls) I thought, no biggie, I can contact and get a refund for those items. NOT! The site just errors when I click “I need help with my order” and resets the page. People online suggested to call the store. No answer multiple times. Tried to do the survey to get it across and there’s NO store number on the receipt or a survey number as it is requesting. Just a QR code which I used! Last time I ordered from this location I had the exact same issue but I was also missing my kiddos drink on top of my sides. I let it go that time. I won’t this time. And when I tasted the food just now? The Beijing beef was dry and stale as well as the rice and part of it was still FROZEN I am so disappointed. I will never suggest or order from this location again. I’m over this. 😡

Update: FINALLY got through to the store. I was transferred to who I assume is the manager. She said she cannot give me any sort of refund. She said the best she could do is have me come in to the store TOMORROW (it’s for dinner tonight, why would I come in tomorrow?!) for a replacement of those items....

If you’re looking for a whole serving of rude with your meal I guess you’re coming to the right place. the guy who started taking my order was quite rude. I started telling him my order and he turn around start talking to his coworkers then goes “ohh what do you want again” this happened like 3x before we reached my next order (this was only for the rice). I have been coming panda for a while and for the longest time I ordered veggies on the side. It’s totally fine if they don’t sell it anymore it was the delivery that I had an issue with. I asked nicely for a side of veggies and the boy said “we have chow mein or rice” I then asked nicely if they had gotten rid of them because it was something I got on the regular a lady with a manager badge had over heard and yelled “we don’t sell vegetables” in the rudest tone. The same guy continues to put chicken on my meal and I’m not joking when I said he put 2 pieces and then left. Luckily there was a sweet girl who finished my order and put the appropriate amount on. Based on these other reviews of uncooked food and bad hyegine this location is just going downhill. Sad bc they’re...
