(I emailed the person at that email. No response.)
I love this place. It actually cured my cancer and I am so grateful.
But if you ask them to make a juice fresh juice, even though you are paying that high price, they don't want to make it.
Also, they are often closed when I show up, and a notice saying "we'll be right back" could mean a half an hour.
When I complained in person today about several times having to leave without juice after wasting a trip down there, and wasting so much gas today running my car to stay warm while waiting, I received a flippant "that doesn't really matter to me, it was my break time".
I then tried to ask if they could have a set time to be closed for a break, and she said that wouldn't matter or work either.
Never mind my time and gas to drive down there. Never mind my time, waiting.
Inconsequential.
Sadly, I do not want to waste any more of my time or gas.
So I am going to try to find other options.

Read moreSmoothies are watery, services is terrible. If you tell them you're allergies you might want to double check the drink I ended up in the emergency room after drinking their smoothies when I said no coconut with capital letters. My wife is deathly allergic and I ordered her smoothie and made sure that I said no coconut milk or anything coconut products related. My wife also used to work their and the staff treat the disabled adults with special needs horribly. My wife is extremely smart and people with disabilities they have their own way to succeed in life. You do not need to dumb them down and hide them in the back especially when the company has an inspection. I will make sure no comes to your company. Because I know what happens behind...
Read moreI am disappointed to learn that NOTHING in this established is certified USDA organic. The smoothies are all made with non organic products, and anything made with cucumber you can still taste the dirt in the drink. It unfortunately leads me to believe they don't even wash their ingredients before serving any kind of food product. The fruit baskets are sad, and frankly the chocolate is the only tasty bit about them. There are no natural products like advertised on the shelves. In fact the shelves are quite empty. I expect real organic products when I'm paying organic product prices for a smoothie. This past week the shop hasn't even been open in the mornings. With no note on the door and disappointed potential customers turned away, I hope this business...
