I have ordered three times from this restaurant now and every single time they have messed up my order. This time is the worst!! I asked for macaroni and cheese with extra cheese and Parmesan chicken, I got no extra cheese (and barely any of the cheese it should come with) and absolutely NO CHICKEN. I called to get a refund and because theyāre closed they tell me that I need to call the next day, which would be ok if the girl I spoke with wasn't so dismissive and rude. Their customer service is abysmal they never try to offer any help and they shrug it off like it's not their problem. The last time I ordered I asked for rice crispy treats and they were out, which is fine if youāre out, but when I called and ask them to issue me a refund, again was spoken to fairly rudely, and I checked my bank account and still have not received that refund. Whoever is managing the store needs to have a talk with their employees about consistency, paying attention to what theyāre doing and having a better attitude!! I will never come back to this location, and I have a family of 8 and they will not be going there again, and they will be telling all of their friends not to either. On top of everything I have a broken spine so I am unable to drive or make myself anything, so for tonight I get to starve!! Thanks...

It's too bad it took over a month but I appreciate their efforts in making things right therefore I'm increasing my review from 1 star to 4.
Original review: I have posted this many times on their Facebook page over the last few weeks with no response so obviously they don't care about their customers. Ordered the Green Goddess salad on March 12 along with 3 other entrees from the Quincy and Buckley location. The salad was missing both the chicken and hard boiled egg. Was very disappointed I paid $13.25 for a salad with no protein. Restaurant was already closed so I filled out questionnaire they sent me. Heard back right away the next day from Alejandro Serna from their support team asking me for information on my order so they could make it right. I sent that info the next day. Never heard anything so emailed again on March 25. It's now April 9th and I still haven't heard anything. It'll be a long time, if ever that I give them my business again. Ā Ā Ā Read more18 hours after my visit to this establishment, sitting here * wishing I'd been a little more forthright when I was there. Have not been here since December 2024. With my family last night, I ordered pad thai with shrimp, and 5 dumplings. The main was good, but the dumplings were cold. Not cold, like they cooled off after sitting a while, but 'cold' like they either just thawed and they never felt steam, it they were not cooked enough. I asked for a remake because of the error, and returned to my family. I had to ask for my remake when I was done with my meal, and apparently they were set aside. I may not have gotten them if I hadn't said something. The bottom of the bowl was hot, and I felt better thinking that they would be better. But instead, my dumplings were room temperature, maybe slightly warmer. So now, I'm writing this review from my bathroom. I'm not happy, you only got two stars because your restaurant was clean and the initial staff who took my order was very nice. Considering, the only thing I really ate yesterday was from this establishment and a few nutrigrain bars ... I'm blaming you for my current time in a 30 square foot room. Fix this, or I will never...
