Bubbly Tea — Restaurant in Aurora

I went in because I was walking home on a hot day and wanted a cool drink. A few things to explain my rating. 1 the atmosphere is nice and it’s very trendy boba shop core. But it has a really gross smell in the lobby. 2 the service is nice and kind but the lady making my drink knew she messed up but didn’t fix it instead just rushed the product (my drink) out quickly even though I was the only one in there. 3. The drink I got was the taro milk tea with 80¢ add on of boba. No boba Doesn’t come with the drinks even tho it’s a boba shop. Anyway I watched her make the drink and again you could tell it was rushed and she stood there trying to decide if she should re make it. Nope handed me the drink anyway. 5. So what’s wrong with the drink? Well it wasn’t taro I’ll tell you that. It looked and tasted like a Wendy’s CHOCOLATE frosty for some reason… and it was chunky and powdery it was just so gross. It has artificial taro in it so I don’t understand the brown tea milk stuff if it doesn’t even taste like tea and over takes the taste of the taro sludge they put in the drink. And the boba wasn’t good it was very bland wish they put in some brown sugar instead just boiling frozen boba. Idk hopefully in the future when I wanna try it again they have better measurements for the drinks. And it’ll taste better. Because spending $9 on a drink is crazy and it screams “ we are aesthetic boba and not quality boba...

An Absolute Gem! This place is a true treasure! The drinks are phenomenal, the atmosphere is inviting, and everything about it exudes handcrafted excellence. From the unique, customized recipes to the care and detail poured into every creation, it’s clear this is a labor of love.

The beautiful and loving couple who owns and runs the shop creates an environment that is both intimate and welcoming. They even took the time to offer us samples of different types of boba—it was such a fun and interactive experience, like a bubble tea version of a hibachi grill! Being part of the drink-making process was such a unique touch, and their willingness to educate and share insights into their craft sets this place apart.

My partner and I left with two bold, gorgeous drinks bursting with flavor. I was fortunate to chat with the flavor mastermind herself, who offered incredible recommendations for my favorite flavor—lavender. She even explained the differences between powder and liquid flavor add-ins, which was such a thoughtful detail. Meanwhile, my partner enjoyed his “honeydew heaven,” which lived up to its name!

We are so thankful to have found this amazing spot and can’t wait to return. It’s easily become one of our new favorites, and we’ll be recommending it to...

Bubbly Tea is fantastic and among the best boba/bubble tea place I've been to across the country.

Excellent Service - The staff member was friendly, professional and very informative. Happy to share about boba, take our orders and make sure we were satisfied.

Great Quality - Unique flavors with freshly made ingredients and syrups all presented in a very nice and organized manner. Menu was diverse while not being overwhelming. Our group of four got different drinks to try and each drink was great.

Fast - About 5 minutes from being greeted to being served for our group of four including a last minute change to a drink order. Each drink was clearly labeled based on orders and had fun top seals/lids.
