Cristina is an absolute pro. She takes the time to listen to what you want, offers expert suggestions, and nails the cut every single time. My wife told me about ,Tune Up The Manly Salon that she researched it for me. So I decided to check it out. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Hailey and Amanda. My stylist ended up being Amanda, who was simply amazing. Amanda was very professional,kind,friendly and a great listener. As she styled my hair, Amanda ensured step by step I was pleased with the hair style experience throughout. Furthermore, Amanda offered me a beverage and consistently ensured I was satisfied throughout the overall process. I even got a shampoo. Lastly the owner, operator Lauren, started the experience with a touch of class and professionalism the day before when I set up my appointment.Lauren was so professional, knowledgeable,kind, friendly,caring and engaging. I stopped in because a coworker had nothing but good things to say about this place....5pm on a Friday I figured either a long wait or booked for the evening being relatively new in the area....I was right, they were booked full 😕 I mentioned that I typically get an easy #2 all around and Lauren, the owner, went back, spoke with Cristina and they squeezed me in super quick!! Lauren was amazing, Cristina was amazing, and I will definitely be back!!! I grabbed some cards and will be handing them out to support locally owned businesses!! This place is fantastic and I wish them success in this venture!!! It's definitely a place to check out if you're in the market for a reasonable barber shop with additional perks!!!!
