The worst experience I have ever had! The doctor was okay at best. She did not really know what to prescribe me. I literally had to look up my own brand that I wanted to try because she was just not knowledgeable with the brands and new materials. (thank goodness I have some knowledge on contact brands.) We came to the conclusion that I was going to compare between 2 brands which I then had to wait 5 months to get. Not because they were special lenses and needed to be made but because the staff NEVER ordered the trials. The girl tried to tell me I only was receiving 1 brand of contacts and not two. So I asked to speak to the doctor who looked confused at her own writing and told me she personally was going to make sure they were ordered. After 2 weeks I just showed up to the store again & found out they didn't order them. I had asked for a manager to call me but no one ever did. I then got a call saying my contacts were ready. I then show up to the store again only to find that they still did not order the contacts!!! I then requested to speak to a manager again and the manager told me there was just some mistake with the order. (NOT TRUE) a month later I got a call from America's Best telling me that they had my contacts ready. I called back to make sure I did not waste a trip and sure enough they contacts were still not ordered. I did not actually get contact trials until March !!!! Now I want to order contacts elsewhere and they cannot send over my prescription via email but can sure Fax it...?? who even faxes anymore? Also faxing is not a completely secured way of sending information. I would go get the prescription but by the time I get off work the office is closed &&&& the staff is telling me my prescription expires in Dec. when I did not even confirm which contacts I wanted until March!!! Not only is the staff not able to do their job properly the first 4 times but they obviously have no knowledge at all when it comes to brands, prescription extensions, etc.. Needless to say I will NEVER use America's Best ever again and I will not be recommending this...

I was a member of your Eyewear Club at the time of this visit and stated to the sales person that it should be up for renewal and I would like to include the renewal cost to the charges associate with this visit but they indicated there was no record of my membership in the NEW system, beside the club only applied to people receiving contact lenses so I was required to pay for my entire eye exam rather than just the $ 20.00 retina scan fee as I have on previous visits!
Now to really show how inadequate employee training is I received a USPS correspondence before my appointment and Email correspondence since reminding me to renew a membership your NEW system does not show exists.
I know new software implementation is difficult even with adequate employee training but the obvious lack any not only regarding the NEW system software implementation, but your own Eyewear Club program has resulted in severely inadequate customer service. But do not despair, I am sure the bonuses upper management receive last year will make this failure in customer service so much more palatable to some, but unfortunately now me.

I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing anything corrective lenses related! I was very thankful to be assisted by Dr. Angela when getting my eyes initially examined. She went the extra mile to explain the importance of eye care, recommended me to get my eyes examined (health wise, additional $30 cost) yearly, and explained the functionalities that each examination instrument does. She was incredible!! Also the examination (prescription) process with Dr. Landry was very thorough and helpful! He made sure nothing was left out or unsaid. I was worried about my eye alignment, and he took the initiative to make a quick examination. He also explained the results of my prescription chance due to an accident I had in the past and how that could have affected my eyes in any way. After picking out my frames (which their buy two frames, get free eye exam is a STEAL) picking out my lens add-ons was really good too.
