I have had my blood tested a number of times at the South location and Kerion, the young man who helped me is truly an *expert at what he does. His professionalism is so self-evident, but not just because you can tell he knows what he's doing. He conveys a relaxed sense of competence that's completely natural (not put-on), plus you can tell he knows what genuine customer service actually is. From the very start Kerion made me feel like I was not just another "customer", and I think part of that is because he's naturally friendly, plus he has a great sense of humor. In fact, he puts you so at ease that you hardly even realize when your procedure is already over! This is the kind of guy who could work anywhere. He would be a huge asset to any business but, the main thing is, you can see that he really enjoys helping people. I’ve been coming here for years for B12 injections. They’re great when I’m feeling lethargic. There is rarely a wait at this location, and plenty of parking, making it easy to stop in during a lunch break and get out in 5 to 10 minutes.

Sandra is always pleasant and remembers my name. Kerion is a riot. I recently met Janet and she’s super sweet!

They rest for anything and everything under the sun, too. I just picked up info about the “96 Food Panel” test that checks IgG and IgA for food sensitivities. For $199, it might be worth it, especially if my health insurance won’t cover it.

I've been using this location for sometime now as I have to monitor blood work results 2-4 times a year. Usually the techs are pretty nice and decent with blood draws, but today was exceptional. Raul was absolutely incredible. Having hundreds of blood draws to compare to, I can say Raul was the best. So many phlebotomists move, wiggle, and jab the needle when changing the tubes; however, Raul was incredible. I never felt the needle move once during the tube exchange...not to mention the insert and withdraw of the needle itself in the beginning and end of the draw. Someone needs to take note of this guy. He needs train all employees at all of you locations, but please don't take him away from this location....
