Austin Table Tennis Club — Attraction in Austin

We paid for full tuition , around $500 for youth training spring session in 2020. Only after 3 class, Covid started and we were never given any info of classes. We got notice that facility closed. We emailed and texted head coach and never got any reply ,as if they disappeared. There should be 11 lessons left . When we met the head coach in person after Covid at the facility, that was the only way we could find him , he told us our session ends, no refund, no makeup. All other camps refund our children for Covid closure. This is the Only youth program that never response and never refund. 11 classes is not a small number. Coach said they hosted online lessons, but they never gave us any info of online lessons until session ended because they failed to include our children in their mailing list. How did we know they were doing online lessons while we were never given any communication about it. It was their mistake of their negligence to not communicate with us. But we are punished by forfeiting our whole tuition of 11 lessons.

great place to pingpong - they have 2 world champions Ma Linlong and Fan Zendong practicing in this facility in disguise. The coaches are great and Hazel, the able bodied manager, is the frosting in the cake. The facility is really good and is build to produce world champions (though little fat ones whom we call piggy). The rest rooms are clean but one is haunted (docile ghost though). Once a year there is polka dance where we all go round and round dancing wearing polka dotted clothes and eating Pierogi.
